“started bad, ended good. We had a problem with transfer from airport to the hotel, as a redress a free return transfer have been offered. the car was above the expectation, comfortable and punctual.”

“Ottimo servizio, puntuale, attento ai miei bisogni, macchina super confortevole, molto cordiale e la borsetta con mappa metro e bottiglia di acqua danno quel tocco in più che ho trovato davvero piacevole! l'unica cosa è che oltre alla cifra pagata al momento della prenotazione, ho dovuto aggiungere 2,5€ per il parcheggio in aeroporto, i clienti andrebbero avvisati di questo già in fase di prenotazione.”

“I would like to edit my one-star review for the Amsterdam airport pickup. It appears I DID receive an email providing information about where to meet my driver (in a far-off locale). The information was to be found it I clicked on a tiny box in the email giving my driver's name. I did not see the box and click on it. I still think the driver should have been in a more convenient locale, and I also think that the information about the pickup should have been in the email itself and not hidden in a tiny click box, but I do accept fault. Take away my one-star rating if you can.”

“Driver was there to collect me as soon as I got out of the airport, carried my bag to the car and gave me a complimentary bottle of water and bag with Athens map. Got me to my destination safely and quickly - so good I'm going to book them for my return back next weekend!”

“Our driver was on time, friendly and pointed out the sites. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I bought a prepaid SIM card from the company and the time I went to use it for a local number in Greece, it didn't have enough money on it. Not sure what the point is to buy a SIM card for $10 that doesn't have enough on it to work? Otherwise, very happy with the driver service”
