“Fabulous service from welcome pickups when we arrived in Rome for our holiday. It was the first time we had travelled with our little boy and we were nervous about getting a taxi and not having a baby seat. I booked through welcome pickups and both drivers Tony and Roberto were fantastic. Tony was there waiting on arrival at the airport and took our bags to the car which had a baby seat inside. He then took us to the door of our hotel. Roberto then picked us up to return us and again had a baby seat and dropped us at the door of the airport. Fabulous service and really took the stress out of travelling with a baby. Would recommend!”

“Brilliant drivers. Happy to help l. Wouldn't use any one else. Worth the money. Very friendly and got us to were we wanted to go in good time. Communication was great. Text messages when driver was outside ready. Assigned driver emails couple days before so you know exactly who to expect picking you up on the day”

“Great communication. Friendly driver. Brilliant driver wouldn't ever use anyone else. Thought it was great having a text when driver was outside waiting. Driver got there on time with time to spare too. Rate tbis experience 5 star.”

“Immediately after picking up our luggage, my wife and I found a driver with ease. While traveling across town, our driver not only truth at a comfortable pace, he also gave us important tips and interesting information as we made our journey to our apartment. Upon arrival at the apartment, our landlord field to answer the door. Our driver insisted upon staying with us until the situation was resolved. Fortunately for all concerned our landlord arrived within five minutes of our arrival. We give Welcome Pickups our highest recommendation. Steven and Lisa Gilbert”

“When I arrived I was meet by a very well presented driver whom was very helpful and respectful, next experience was a local from train to hotel good service also, from Hotel to Airport and extremely professional driver, thank you for such a stressless service and will recommend and also use every-time I travel to Paris.
