“It was great to be picked up at the airport by someone who knew so much about Barcelona and could tell us all in English en route to our hotel. It was also lovely not have to worry about transport, just knowing that someone was there to greet us gave a peace of mind.”

“As I was travelling alone, I found it very comfortable to know that I was with friendly, welcoming drivers who helped me with luggage, were punctual and sent me updates of where they were, etc. They also provided recommendations of restaurants near my hotel to walk to and had excellent English! It all helped to make me feel safe and welcome!”

“Excellent service from Welcome pick ups. Waited for us at arrival with our name on sign board. Very good english spoken, very friendly. Gave us a tourist map and bag for free! Also picked us up from hotel on departure day on time. Great service hassle free. Will use them next time.”
