“Welcome took the stress out of a busy weekend trip! Wonderful service from Rome Fiumicino airport from Igor who was so friendly and helpful, ready and waiting in Arrivals! And then a splendid service from the very personable Honey Singh back to the airport from Stadio Olimpico. Great communication from start to finish. Cannot recommend this service highly enough!”

“I was glad to be picked up personally at the airport - the stories, which the drivers told me about thessaloniki where really interesting and astonishing - although the way to the hotel - my driver stopped for a great overview about the city and told me the best places to go. also great was the map - which i used every day to find the right things to look for. it was a pleasure to go with your drivers. and the pick up to the airport was also very kind - he informed me about the discussion points round about the makedonian-mazedonian-crisis.... -- very interesting as well.... thanks for everything - - see you next time!”

“Driver waiting for us on both occasions. Very clean modern taxi. Safe driver. Andreas spoke very good English and could converse on a variety of subjects. Great driver. Welcome pack came in useful. Paying in advance a bonus. Great company. Highly recommended”

“The drivers were punctual, spoke English well and were friendly, and helpful. The cars were clean. The drivers knew the destination address and didn’t get lost getting there. The office has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Whenever I emailed them with a question or concern they answered immediately and were super accommodating. On our first pick up we requested SIM cards which the driver brought to the airport and inserted for us. Made the whole process quick and easy and we didn’t have to go looking to purchase one. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups for their great service and ease of use”
