“Welcome Pickups was recommended to us by a friend and we are glad that we used this service. We had several questions prior to departure that were answered very promptly by email. Even though our flight was late arriving in Rome, a driver was there waiting for us. It was a great start to our trip.”

“I booked Welcome Pickups for a journey from Barcelona Airport to the city centre. The service was excellent, on time, very pleasant driver who whisked us to our destination in around 30 minutes. I was so impressed by their services that when, two weeks later, I needed to make the return journey I went straight back to the company. The two drivers, Isaac and Armando were tremendously helpful. And the cost of the two trips was very reasonable. I really cannot recommend Welcome Pickups highly enough. When I'm next in Barcelona I shall be using their services again.”

“Flexible and trustworthy. Easy to keep in contact by phone, whatsapp and email. At arrival with a delayed flight, the pickup was easily adjusted accordingly. For the departure we changed the pickup to a later time and got to the airport when we wanted.”

“We have booked return taxi from Athenes airport. The service was outstanding. On our way from the airport a driver was already waiting for us and it was very easy to find him. Upon return, we asked to be picked up from a different location and a driver came close to our shared on a map location. We were sent names and contact details of drivers and it was easy to contact them. I will definetely use this service again.”

“We pre-reserved two transfers through Welcome Pickups—one from the port to our hotel & one from the hotel to the airport. Due to unforeseen delays, we had to make changes to both transfer pick up times. I contacted Welcome Pickups through email to make the necessary adjustments—I received a reply almost immediately and then a confirmation email with my new itinerary time. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups—both drivers were punctual, professional and friendly. We arrived at our destinations safely and received helpful tips/advice from the drivers.”
