“We pre-reserved two transfers through Welcome Pickups—one from the port to our hotel & one from the hotel to the airport. Due to unforeseen delays, we had to make changes to both transfer pick up times. I contacted Welcome Pickups through email to make the necessary adjustments—I received a reply almost immediately and then a confirmation email with my new itinerary time. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups—both drivers were punctual, professional and friendly. We arrived at our destinations safely and received helpful tips/advice from the drivers.”

“It worked out perfectly. Even when I made a mistake by ordering twice the same travel via internet because of an interruption of internet service with unclear consequences the erroneous payment was corrected immediately by Pickup Service. On demand, I could get good tourist information during the ride.”
