“We liked them so well we used them again. It is the best way to get to and from the Vienna Airport, great communication we knew who was picking us up even had their pictures. It was great to have someone waiting at the gate to take us right to our hotel. I couldn't give a higher rating. Thanks”

“We recently used Welcome Pickups for both an airport transfer to our hotel then a second transfer the next day to the port in Barcelona to pick up our cruise. Both times the drivers were where they were supposed to be and on time (if not slightly early). Everything ran smoothly so zero stress. Good level of English by both too so there were no communication issues. I would like to highlight that Welcome use local taxi companies to provide their service. If you need to communicate with the driver in advance, you are emailed their name and phone number as well as a WhatsApp link. If you have 3 passengers or more request a big taxi.”
