“Great service. Was greeted on time and was quickly escorted to the car. The car was clean and they offered water. Our tour guide was great as well. We had a mini tour as we made our way to our hotel. I felt safe the whole time and would definitely use this company again.”

“The service in Athens was excellent. The drivers were right on time. Spoke English very well. The one who picked us up from the airport even waited while I dealt with the airline about some lost baggage. The vans were newer models and clean. The drivers were safe drivers.”

“Our driver picked us up in front of the hotel and he was on time. He was very friendly, spoke English very well. In summary the service was perfect. We had a lot of fun because he plaid German music for us.”

“Were let down at the last minute. Car did not turn up to take us to the airport. Spent a very stressful morning trying to get alternative transport. What should have been a leisurely last day turned out to be a nightmare. Spent a great deal of money on a taxi. Would never consider this company again. Read the reviews on their facebook page. There are many such stories like ours. Still awaiting the promised refund. Shambolic”

“Enjoyed our ride from Barcelona Airport to our accomodation near the Sagrada Familia and our subsequent ride back to the airport. Both drivers were personable, provided good service, and exhibited professionalism in their driving. It was a pleasure.”

“Really easy to organise pick up at airport. Gyorgy our driver was a really friendly guy, had bottles of water for us in taxi and gave a quick run down on things we could do in Budapest. Organised return trip on mobile site and early pick up, again with Gyorgy, got us to airport in plenty of time. We will very happily use Welcome PickUps again. Easy to book with reasonable fares and helpful friendly driver. Kiváló!”

“I “discovered” Welcome Pickups on the internet just prior to my first trip to Rome. I did not have any first hand recommendations but chose to use the service because their web presence looked very professional and I found the rates were equitable to other services on line. After baggage retrieval at FCO you are greeted by a long line of drivers with placards or iPads bearing traveler names. My driver looked the most professional of those waiting, his English was fantastic, he was friendly and patient about the wait and the traffic, and quickly delivered me to my hotel. His car was a clean, newer Mercedes Benz. My Driver Roberto Nevi, gets five stars. I again used WP for the return trip back to the airport the next week. My driver (different) again spoke fluent English, was dressed professionally, quickly understood my request to pick up a colleague next door, drove a nice vehicle, was a very good driver. My return Driver Duta Liviu Daniel, gets five stars. Welcome Pickups service also provides other travel recommendations and tickets. They are very responsive (in English) to all of my questions. I was very pleased with the service provided in a country foreign to me.”
