“Very efficient service experienced on 29 September 2017 at Thessaloniki, from the airport to Egnatia Palace Hotel. We booked before departure and everything went fine. Friendly English-speaking driver. He also gave us useful indications and a city map during the transfer.”

“Very good transfer service. Gives you a text message when driver is arriving or has arrived. One of the 2 drivers did not speak english very well, but the other one did and was very forthcoming.”

“Spent an amazing week in Athens in September 2017 Getting from the airport to the hotel in the centre I preferred to know who will take me and for how much in advance. Welcome pickups drivers are really great - very friendly, polite and always on time. Very reasonable and affordable fare for the service. Really recommend them.”

“Cancelled our taxi four hours before it was due to pick us up. By this time, we were already on our flight and unable to book an alternative. Further, they only notified us of the cancellation by email – imagine if we didn't have roaming enabled – we would have had no idea!”
