“Easy to schedule appointment for pickups. Response was quick and satisfactory for inquiries via e-mail. Information about who the driver will be (photo included) sent prior to pickups. The driver was prompt and even came earlier than the appointed time. The driver helped us with our luggages from the hotel lobby to the car and from the airport curb to the lobby. Strongly recommended!”

“Great service. Driver contacted us to give directions where to meet him and to confirm he had arrived. Lovely driver, comfortable ride in a jag. The driver was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips whilst in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend”

“Very quick and helpful. We had booked a shuttle bus but were unable to use this because of their misleading website. We booked Welcome Pickups at the last minute and they were great! Within minutes we had a car booked with a designated driver who was polite and helpful.”

“Collection at the airport was swift and comfortable. Driver was really friendly and knowledgeable. Collection to the airport was very early in the morning and we had no problems. Website is really easy to use too. Fully recommend”

“So glad I found this company! When we landed in Athens, the line for taxis was very very long!! Our ride was right there waiting for us! He texted to let me know he was there, and he was standing there with a sign with my name on it as soon as I left the baggage area. He handles all the luggage and was very nice and helpful with information about Athens. I’ll be using this company for a total of 4 airport transfers on this trip to Greece and I’m so relieved!! Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent and reasonably priced service for transfers. We have only used them in Greece, and we have yet to be disappointed. The customer support and use of email & text notifications is really great for peace of mind as far as coordinating flight delays, changes in pickup locations/times, etc.”
