“We used Welcome Pickups for the first time and would highly recommend them. Easy to book, professional and communicative. The driver came exactly on time and even called ahead to confirm the exact meeting location. We would definitely use them again!”

“Excellent service, would recommend welcome pickup. Had break in Barcelona and received call as soon as arrived in terminal then proceeded to go outside only to be met by our cheerful driver who met us with bottles of water which was a welcome surprise . Our driver then volunteered lots of info about Barcelona on our journey to the apartment . We shared anecdotes about our flight and happened to mention leaving a bunch of bananas behind by accident and as we pulled in briefly thinking we had reached the apartment our driver nipped out then was back in the car in a flash with a bunch of bananas ! hilarious and so kind. Return journey just as stress free. Our driver arrived 15 min early, was smily chatty and again shared suggestions about what we could do or where to stay on our next Barcelona trip if we ever returned , which we certainly will. Thankyou a great service lots of opportunities to get tickets for trips if you want but equally did not feel a pushy service. Hope other cities run as good a service as will use this company when we next travel, v competitive price too.”

“Welcome Pickups have a very good service and I would not hesitate to use their service again. The two drivers in Athens Greece, George and Panas, that collected my wife and I from the airport to hotel and back again a week later were both first rate. They were both engaging, informative, and their vehicles spotlessly clean and comfortable. I left my cell phone in the car and Panas returned to the airport without hesitation to deliver it back to me. What a relief and perfect indication of the service you will receive.”

“Very good should be Excellent! We used Welcome Pickups twice during our stay in Italy. Upon our arrival into Rome, which was 5 hours late, we were met by our smiling driver and he gave us bottles of cold water. 15 days later we hired Welcome Pickups to pick us up at our AirBnB in Milano to take us to the airport. This driver was right on time. Welcome Pickups gave me a piece of mind in Rome and Milano. I highly recommend using their services.”

“Picked up at arrival at airport and hotel on departure on time. Friendly drivers no complaints would use again. The driver texts you that he is there. So if delayed you can contact him. They give you 1hr free waiting time each way.”

“Very efficient service. Our driver Ioannis was waiting when we arrived, gave us cold water and a map of the city as we set off. The car was clean and smart and the driver pointed out sights as he drove us to our hotel in Thessaloniki. Would definitely recommend Welcome Pickups”
