“Excellent company! Ruben our driver arrived on time both from the airport and from hotel on our return! Very friendly driver, lovely comfortable sedan car! Can not fault this service at all! Highly recommended!”

“Eva was waiting for us on our arrival at Barcelona airport, she greeted us very friendly and escorted us to the car. She was very friendly and offered us some tourist type info on the city as we drove to our hotel. She was a delightful lady who made use feel very welcome. She is a credit to the company and a great ambassador for both the company and Barcelona. We have used welcome pickups a couple of times and on all occasions the service has been excellent.”

“Our Driver Dimitri was professional , courteous and regardless the “unorthodox” time slots we asked to get picked up he was there before us. I highly recommend this service in Athens given the convenience and multiple services Welcome Pick ups offers.”

“First time using this service and it was wonderful. The service was spot on! I received a text message when I landed that my driver was there waiting for me, walked out of the baggage claim, and saw my name on a large, clear sign he was holding. Return was just as easy. I received a text message that my driver was there, and on time. Great ride to and from the airport with the driver engaging in communication about the area and showed interest in making sure I had a great time. I highly recommend this service if you wish not to use public transportation or sketchy taxi drivers.”

“Great to know a transfer was waiting for us upon arrival in Barcelona. It turned out to be a Barca taxi anyway with a complimentary bottle of water! After using the local taxi service of several days we reverted to using them for airport and port transfers as they were readily available, reliable and in almost every case, just as clean. Much cheaper too. Seemed we paid for the bottle of water in the first instance!”

“A service we had not used before but would certainly consider again. Our driver was easy to find and very informative about the city. To be given an ice cold bottle of water each was a bonus on a hot night. We went from plane to taxi to hotel with no waiting”
