“My friends and I booked with Welcome Pickups to and from Athens airport and the drivers were incredibly prompt and helpful! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Athens!”

“My wife and I used Welcome Pickups for the first time on our recent trip to Madrid from Melbourne, Australia. On a previous trip we had taken the train into the city, as the hotel was next to the station. On this occasion, our hotel was in the centre of the city and a long walk from the nearest station. We decided to use Welcome Pickups for the convenience, and were very happy with the service. We were met at the arrivals hall by the driver, having been kept up to fate with his location by text messages, and escorted to the car. On our trip back to the airport, our request to change the pickup time was handled promptly and with excellent customer service. The driver even arrived early to pick us up. Both drivers were very friendly and professional and spoke good English. The extra cost as compared to a normal taxi was well worth it, and we would unreservedly recommend Welcome Pickups to all travellers. Great service!”

“Excellent service received with David. I will use this service again in a heart beat. Tip: ask driver to pick up later at the airport due to long immigration ques AND state beforehand that you are willi g to pay the extra waiting time fee. I couldn't connect my phone and missed the calls from the driver and the call centre.”

“I found the service to be very good. Booking and email / SMS communications were good throughout. I had to change the time of my return journey and was able to do this with no problems. The taxi drivers for both legs of my journey arrived on time, provided good communications and were friendly and polite. The cars were clean and of a good standard, and were driven smoothly and safely.”

“The drivers were very smart, polite and eager to help us both when we arrived at Paris CDG airport, and on the return journey as well. They kept us informed via text messages as to their arrival times so our expectations were fully met. The service was good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in using it again or recommending it to other travellers using Paris CDG.”

“The platform of ordering was very easy and nice and both drivers were very kind :) When we landed, someone waited for us with a name sigh and when the driver came to pick us up to the airport on the way back, he came 10 minutes earlier which was perfect.”
