“After a 9 hr flight it was a relief to pick up our luggage, walk out and instead of fighting and waiting to get a taxi, see you name on a card being held by a smiling person that takes you bags, puts them in the car, opens the door for you and then drives your right to where you want to go. While in route gives you a tour and information about the city. We also used Welcome to pick us up at the hotel and take us to the port. The great thing is that you know how much it will cost, what time you will be picked up and them get a tour on the way. I makes you feel special. Very easy to make the arrangements too. All done on line. Great service at no extra cost.”

“If you want a safe, reliable and friendly service that takes you between the airport and the hotel in quickly and with drivers who can talk with you in English and share their knowledge of Athens then welcome pickups is for you. They certainly made our arrivals and transfers in Athens very easy and enjoyable.”

“Welcomepickups delivered everything they promised. They responded promptly to my booking and any questions I had, and provided information about my driver, who met me and whisked me to the hotel. He was friendly, spoke excellent English, and shared information about the city. Such a relief to have it all arranged in advance!”

“We were met at the airport by Nikos who is a very good driver. He gave us some useful info on the way to our hotel. The cost wasn't very much higher than a taxi and much nicer!”

“We used Welcome Pickups in Athens Greece and Barcelona Spain. We found the drivers to be courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They were on time, if not early for our pickups. The agency kept us informed as to who would pick us up and also sent a picture of the driver. We found their prices competitive with other methods of transportation, but having someone waiting for you outside of an airport or cruise port is priceless. We would highly recommend using this service to anyone. We will definitely be using them again when traveling!!”

“As my flight was getting to Athens at 6.30pm, I was anxious about travelling into the city on my own. The driver was waiting for me with a sign and that was a great relief as he had to wait as my plane was late. He was most courteous, helpful and made me feel very welcome to the city. I would thoroughly recommend this company for a driiver to pick you up”

“Our driver was on time for the pick-up; in fact he was 5 minutes early, but we were ready so there was no delay. His driving was safe and he engaged well in conversation; discussing food, the weather (Greek & English!), Greek mythology and the philosophers. A very safe and pleasant trip which rounded off our first experience of Greece and Athens.”
