“Canceled 72 ours before pickup. They charged 20% fee. This fee was not explained during reservation only after I canceled. The say you can cancel 24 ours before but they say nothing about the fee! Cancelation policy is ment to be shown during reservation not after it. Not recommended.”

“I booked a transfer in Venice Italy. Welcome Pickups cancelled our booking even though it's a legal agreement was already in place and is asking us double the price because *they* made a mistake. If I made a mistake with a first time customer I would be ashamed to act like this. Not using them.”

Dear Thomas Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very sorry for the inconvinience caused, but as explained previously in our email correspondance, due to a sytemic error, the price that was calculated for your booking was incorrect. We reached out to you as soon as we received the reservation, to inform you about this technical issue, but you did not want to proceed with the extra charge, therefore, we cancelled and fully refunded your booking. However, we are once again sorry about the confusion, and we sincerely hope you'll consider using our services again in the future. We wish you all the best

“Pickup booked 2 days before arrival to dubai the driver did not show up i called him several times he is telling that the driver will be there in 2 minutes he never come Don’t use this service i do not recommande at all”

“Super Service! Schon am Morgen des Abflugs meldete sich unser geplanter Fahrer Vasileios Arapelis via WhatsApp mit einer super freundlichen Nachricht - und wir bekamen schon die erste Info, wann und wo er uns abholen würde. Als wir gelandet sind, meldete er sich auch direkt - wir waren ein bisschen zu früh, er sagte, er würde sich umgehend auf den Weg machen. Und das tat er auch. Super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Mann. Er nahm mir den Koffer ab, gab uns zwei Flaschen Wasser und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit der Firma. Ich habe mich persönlich gefühlt wie im Luxus. Die Fahrt war auch super angenehm, er spielte sogar unsere Musikwünsche ab und gab uns die ersten Tipps für Unternehmungen. Aber auch ein bisschen geschichtlicher Hintergrund war schon dabei. Gar nicht aufdringlich, einfach nur richtig sympathisch und nett. Ich bin ganz begeistert! Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen - ganz tolle Erfahrung und absolut zuverlässig! Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.”
