They are a disgrace, took money from many people and failed to deliver the goods, no communication at all, do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails.
They should be shut down.
They are ruining a lot of peoples Christmas and should be ashamed of themselves.”

“Placed an order on 23rd October, £166, kept chasing to find out where the order was, received a response, saying due to Covid was out of stock but would be in and dispatched on 13th November. Still not received nor now any response at all from customer service. Would never buy from this company again. Terrible service, appalling customer service. You can't speak to them on the phone as it says no customer service agent available and to call back again, and again and again. Argh!!”

“The lanterns I ordered were perfect for my son's wedding and came very quickly despite being close to Christmas. They were very atmospheric in the ceremony room and flickered realistically among the greenery on the windowsills without any risk of setting fire to a magnificent 500 year old building. I have been asked by various friends if they could have some afterwards!”
