“Ordered 11m of link coloured lights which are very well made and work perfectly. Had a minor problem with connection on transformer but after contacting WeRChristmas this was resolved and they sent a new transformer to me by express delivery which is one reason I have given them a 5 star review”
“The hanging prelit lantern baubles are lovely and my problem two of the baubles lantern are not working, it’s not lighting the issue and I sent it back and I am hoping I receive a refund. They provided the battery.”

“Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”
