“Rubbish. Tree not as expected. The imitation snow frosting was loose and falling off the tree. The box was full of the crystals and moving the tree only made it worse.
Sadly very disappointed as even the branches appeared very sparse so full tree effect very unlikely.”

Obviously you revieved my emails as you replied.. by saying we would have to repack and resend. At the nearest.post office etc. Before you would resend a replacement
I think it's outrageous for you to expect customers to transport something the size of this to post office. Which is not local as we live semi rural. We have no transport to Carrie an item of this size.
Maybe i could of carried it a couple of miles on my back.or the wife. ( both pensioners)???..
I have now had to alter the frame work for this item yo be fit to be used for 2024 Xmas decor.
Extremely disappointed with the returns policy on large items.
I am not looking for a refund, discount or replacement..
Just letting you know it would have been much easier to send a replacement out via carrier at your cost, and having a signed return.π‘”
