“I absolutely love the tree, its perfect. No gaps in between branches and dont have to wrap lights round it. The lights are evenly spaced and enhance decorations. Would certainly recommend this tree.”

“Bought my set of reindeer to place in the garden but had an issue with one of the them. Initially was not dealt with well but after being in contact with Olivia and Sofia they were able to rectify my issue. They were exemplary it's a pity the other staff aren't up to their standards. Thank you for sorting out my problem. A company is measured in my opinion by how they rectify mistakes/ issues and Olivia and Sofia certainly did this well.”

“Ordered 11m of link coloured lights which are very well made and work perfectly. Had a minor problem with connection on transformer but after contacting WeRChristmas this was resolved and they sent a new transformer to me by express delivery which is one reason I have given them a 5 star review”

“Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”
