“The xmas tree is fantastic, but the communication about the delivery issues was challenging. I sent 2 emails and no one responded. I didn't know if they had been received. Until the very late delivery, they replied that the delivery had taken place. which I already knew and had done everything on my own. But the product is fantastic. I am delighted with my black xmas tree.”
