In terms of the height, all of our items are measured from the base to the very top as positioned for display, but we do appreciate that it can sometimes appear shorter depending on placement or surroundings. “I love the tree it looks great and realistic the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one the branches is a bit too loose and flops a bit so I’ve put at the back and I would have sent it back but that seemed to much hassle”

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been, especially as you’ve previously enjoyed adding to your existing lights. We completely understand how frustrating it is to find that connectors have changed and that this wasn’t as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase.
Over time, some of our lighting ranges have evolved to meet updated safety standards and improve performance, which can unfortunately mean older and newer systems are not always compatible.
