“I love the tree but it is tiny not 3ft. I think it is measured from the pot like to have had the tree 3fr”

“The box arrived damp and torn before I even opened it. Inside, the garland was mouldy and had a strong smell of mould. While I did receive a prompt refund after raising the issue, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of a replacement, nor was there any attempt to ask how they could make things right. I would have expected better customer care and quality control.”

“I bought two sets of these and they do not look like they do on the photo. They are bare and really do not look like trees at all. Shame really as all other items have been fantastic”

“Very pleased with item, including service. However, not pleased with delivery driver who didn't allow time for me to walk to gate to greet him! He left package on the bins inside gate - not very appropriate had there been a downpour. Have expressed my views.”

“Tree was not as advertised- no mixed PE and PVC tips, just one tip type and therefore tree is very sparse. Only way to return was top pack and take to post office- not practical or possible. Very disappointing.”
