“our journey was very smooth going to the isle of wight. but coming back we had a 30min wait but once on the ferry. we got out of the car walked up stairs to lounge and had coffee all went smooth from then on. cabin staff were very friendly and helpful. you need someone to point you to the lift if you need one.”

“Ferry good, no problems. Staff helpful. Easy access. Only problem I had was the short notice of changes to ferry times. We were travelling as a family, so there were three cars. Our individual times, to the IOW had been changed and then changed a second time. Return journey was similar.”

“Easy booking on line. Updates via email. Punctual service. Lose one star for poor signage through Portsmouth to terminal and putting the dog section next to the children's play area. Also the ghastly brie (cut into cubes) and grape (whole) sandwich purchased on board. However, overall a good service.”
