“Times and crossing very good. Tannoy announcements very poor. You couldn’t hear them. Both port staff were excellent for both crossings. Seating on board not enough to accommodate the people on board.”

“Was satisfied with our crossing,although having missed our outward crossing due to traffic build up at Lyndhurst,we were told we wouldn’t get another time till 7-15 so had to kill time till then which wasn’t good,but otherwise we were satisfied!”

“Everything was fine except the extortionate rate of £145 to return on Friday 2nd August. We cut short our trip to come back on the Thursday - perhaps good for you, but we would go out of our way to avoid using Wightlink another time. By that we mean another ferry operator or a different destination..”

“Staff are great . Grass areas are a little scruffy and need cutting. Very quiet park bar closing at 9pm everynight was a pain it should stay open longer. Lodges are comfortable but no drawers to put clothes only hanging cupboards. It would've been nice to have a fan in the lodge as due to hot weather it was almost impossible to sleep. Beds were very comfy. I would visit Woodside again.”

“Would have given Wightlink 5 IF the toilets and food and drink services were open on our crossing last week at 7 a.m. from Portsmouth to Fishbourne; for most of the crossing only a disabled loo was available AND VERY BUSY! Also would not have minded if we had known in advance as we would have purchased coffee and a snack at Portsmouth in the lovely new facilities at check in. The staff on both crossings were brilliant, skilled, friendly and professional. Am in awe of their ability to provide such a fantastic service both on board and either side of The Solent.”
