“Sailed Portsmouth to Fishbourne and wow what a trip. Super clean and modern ferry.. excellent crew.. great facilities onboard.. amazing.. 5 stars.. Returned via Yarmouth to Lymington... completely different story. Older ferry, hectic and toilet facilities which were horrid. Crew, however, were amazing and the captain was brilliant. Hopefully they upgrade the fleet for this route. Both shoreside terminals were brilliant. Would we use again? For sure we would”

“Reasonable journeys on time Mainland to island trip excellent. island to mainland no so good, poor serving facility for food, slow service due to layout of area. Toilets stank of stale urine! Older vessel should be referred or scrapped. FARES ARE EXCESSIVE.”

“The boarding and disembarking is faultless. Guys seem happy in their job and willing to help.. when the boat is packed why have only 1 coffee machine working and only 2 staff to work it.. I just got to my seat with coffee 5 mins before docking.. awful..”

“Great ferry service to the IoW from Portsmouth this week. Everything worked well with timings and we even got on an earlier ferry back from our day trip which was a lovely surprise. Older boats have more limited facilities (ie no movie room) but otherwise all fine and staff very helpful”
