“Have always and will always use Wightlink from Fishbourne to Portsmouth, etc. The ferries are always up to date and modern, the new terminal is nice looking with plenty of facilities”

“Wightlink Lymington to Yarmouth is our usual route. I cannot fault the service given by all employees, the comfort and facilities of the ship and the easy booking options. I have rated 4 stars. It would definitely be a 5 star if the prices were not so extortionate. I recently flew to Croatia for £166 return, I had to pay £192.50 for a 40minute sailing to the Island! Sadly you are stopping visitors to the Island.”

“Outward Ferry cancelled with notification by phone 5 mins before sail, Return Ferry cancelled and we were booked on a Ferry 2 hours later than planned at 23.00. both due to technical problems not weather Didn't bother with it so jumped on the fast cat”

“It’s a good service, but given the lack of choice of other companies offering the same service, I think some cheaper rates, or some sort of loyalty scheme with discounts or reductions would make visiting the IOW more attractive.”

“Wish was a place to rest whilst waiting for ferry when early. When miss ferry due to unforeseen circumstances it would be nice to be put on the next ferry available & not wait too long . There should be a time limit. 2 hrs to wait for next ferry should be ok especially when you have babies and pets and when you have travelled a 2 hr drive.”

“Informative when ferry delayed. Smooth crossing. Only observation- the children's play area was unattended by adults when older children were using the area and was therefore quite noisy and disruptive. A great experience, definitely recommend and use again . Thank you”

“Good journey & nice clean boat. Would have given a 5 mark but had to pay to change the journey time the day of my return. Never used to be charged, & £9 was expensive, was always free as such an easy transaction.”

“I would give 5 stars but for one small gripe, I regularly use my motorcycle when going too and from the island. In rough weather I have to sit with my motorcycle to stop it falling over. A provision to tie the motorcycle down would be good, that way I could enjoy the facilities onboard. On the plus side everyone is always helpful and polite.”

“This is the second time in 3 days, I have already filled out your questionaire. We have been travelling to IOW for 15+ years, no one speaks to you unless you have a question and directions are given via hand signals. The journey is quick and uneventful with complete recorded safety instuctions given, however it doe not include any for dogs?”

“Website showed our crossing as unavailable which suggests cancelled on the booking page, perhaps it should show sold out? This caused a lot of worry as we were travelling a long distance”
