“Pretty good service. Grimmy light coloured non replaceable seat covers are a bad idea.Travel late at night for a good price.Check IOW guru for cheap deals.”

“Unfortunately our last trip with Wightlink was not as good as previous trips - and I used to travel monthly to visit relatives. There was a lack of passenger information, including updating the information boards which kept saying no disruption when we were way past the boarding time. Staff were reluctant (even seeming scared) to approach passengers to offer inforamation. There is a distinct lack of facilities when travelling with dogs at busy times and the weather is bad with now assistance from staff onboard.”

“We have used Wight link of and off for 30 + years. The prices however have now become ridiculous which pushes us to use another company to cross to the Isle of Wight. We will still use Wight link on occasions for convinence for the right side of the island. Their service is always good and staff polite. However the prices for summer holidays really need to be addressed!!!”

“Getting better, cleaner, faster sail turn around time quicker. The price however is too high compared to the boat services available for neighbouring islands and even Ireland (Holyhead) this should be reviewed.”

“The service is great but.......we’ve used wightlink 4 tines in the last year and the boat has been delayed on the way back from Fishbourne every time. There should be some compensation for delays as wightlink is not cheap by any means anymore!”

“Horrendously overpriced! At £120 for a car day trip. Return ferry delayed till 11pm. No staff to manage rowdy drunk coach passengers on late night return. Efficient... yes... But still left a bitter taste having to spend that much money. Cheaper to go as foot passenger and hire a car on the island for the day !”

“On board staff doing good job keeping public areas clean and shipshape, but general condition of the ships was jaded, both the ferries we travelled on could do with a refit and some restoration. Check in was speedy and efficient but we did not use any shoreside facilities so cannot comment.”
