“The whole experience of arriving at the ferry terminals , boarding the ferry and the onboard facilities can be described as pleasant and efficient. It is just irritating that Wightlink kept altering the timing of my bookings particularly at short notice and when you have no access to a printer to print your revised e-ticket.”

“Customer service has improved a lot. Staff are much more approachable and friendly. They just need to remember that apart from getting cars on a ferry, people need to open doors to get in and out of there vehicles. We have struggled many times as other vehicles are parked a half a meter away. It never happens on the competitor routes.”

“Just wish your newer ships had a more comfortable seating area if you have a dog with you. Its hard seating and usually quite cold. The older ships had a much better pet friendly area.”

“Everything was fine, my only criticism is that the crew seemed a bit laxadasical; they didn’t seem to be paying attention to cars coming onto the ferry, I was given hand signals to get into lane, advance and stop by a man who was talking to someone else, facing away from me and with his back to me. This made me feel that I was an inconvenience to him, which is somewhat at odds with the cost of the ferry crossing; for the price I paid, I would expect excellent service and customer relations”

“Ferries were on time. Boarding and disembarkation were efficient and speedy, and, having arrived early at Fishbourne, I was accommodated on an earlier ferry. Refreshments were available but I didn't use the facility. My criticism is that the cost is rather high for such a short crossing.”
