“Prompt, regular service. Well-mannered, polite staff. Air conditioning made it feel cold in the lounge during the crossing, so take a cardigan or jacket if you’re prone to feeling the cold. All in all, a good service.”

“Hood all around. My ferry was delayed by 50 mins. Had to wait around with the kids with no food or any info why was it running late. Cafe at the doc was very expensive and quality wasn't very good.”

“Very easy and quick boarding from Portsmouth. Ferry is very clean (including toilets!) and comfortable seats, has a small kids play area which was good. Ferry was delayed from fishbourne but staff were very polite and apologetic. They gave a clear explanation of what time we would be boarding and the captain was apologetic over tannoy. Very pleasant travelling experience.”
