When I first received the product I really liked the product and got positive results my hyperpigmentation started to fade a bit my dark spots got a little lighter and I was pleased just wasn't enough product in the small bottles to use day and night as directed ran out quickly. On the second shipment the product was bigger but still the same problem not enough product to use day and night and to see positive results and also trying to get the product out the bottle is such a hassel...the pumps barely work and them you really don't know if all the product is out the bottle because they pumps are absolutely terrible but I still continued to see positive results... now this last shipment I added the moisture and cleanser to the order and I saw a change that regressed it wasn't an improvement my skin go bad again dark spots showed up and they changed the formula in the dark spot formula and I didn't see the spots fading anymore and like the prior shipments they ran out so fast you can't get to the end of the process to see if it really works because its not enough product and the pumps are terrible. But overall it was a positive experience my only suggestion is more product in the bottles of increase the size of them and change to bottles or pumps.”

I’m very impressed with the products I received. The first two products were a dark spot treatment with Hydroquinone and a future formula with Tretinoin. The first month has a low dose of these ingredients and you build your way up to a stronger strength. You have to give these formulas time to slowly work. The following month they ask a questionnaire about your skin and either change the formula or increase the dose.
I was doing great on my recommended formula so they increased my dose. This seem to really make an affect on my skin. I use both formulas day and night. After 45 days I noticed the biggest improvement!! The dark spots were practically non existent, the hyperpigmentation was gone, my skin is so smooth, my pores are smaller and my acne is finally controlled!! My skin finally has its youth back!! The packaging is convenient and the bottles come in a box to keep them safe from shipping. The bottles are made of sturdy plastic and are easy to use. One bottle lasted me well over thirty days!!

“Agency is a great way to better your skin in your home! I started with the questionnaire and then follow up with a dermatologist. Then I tried 3 months with their products free in exchange for my honest review. The regimen is twice daily for one bottle and once daily for the other. At first my skin became oily and I had some breakouts. After that I had a day period when my skin felt dry before it normalized out. I only skipped a few days to give my face a break. I felt like my skin felt better and was more radiant overall. I can’t say that I noticed any improvement on dark spots but I only tried it for 3 months. I did not need any changes after my first evaluation but my formula could have changed in the future.
