“I was able to test these products for free for three months. I really liked the products. I could feel them working but didn’t have any irritation. I don’t know that I really had many dark spots to begin with but I have a freckle on my face and the dark spot formula seemed to have lightened it some. I enjoyed using the products and felt like my face looked clear. I skipped wearing face makeup many days after being one month into this regimen. I’m thankful to have been chosen to try these products. I would recommend to a friend!”
“I received these products for exchange of reviews. The process was easy and I alerted the dermatologist of my perioral dermatitis. First month was fine didn’t see many changes to be honest, maybe more of a glow. Second shipment came in and my perioral dermatitis immediately came back, worse than ever. Whatever was in the second shipment caused a flare up and I had to go to my dermatologist to get prescription pills to calm it down.”

This formula has been fantastic. My skin is glowing and my hormonal acne is nearly non-existent because of Agency. I feel like for what the product is, anti aging custom formulas, the pricing is just right for me.
My only concern is that I don't always get to the bottom of the bottle with the pump. But I do feel like I get more than what I need in my shipment, so I'm usually able to use my previous bottle for awhile after my new bottle arrives.”

I’ll start with the positives. The process was simple, fast, and easy. I like that you upload actual pictures of your skin for them to look over along with your questionnaire about your issues. The products didn’t aggravate my sensitive skin, and except for the dark formula treatment, worked moderately well when I had a supply.
That leads me to the last month, I got an email/ notification in my account that my last month was shipping, and it never came, with no updates. So my skin had an abrupt discontinuation of care. I’m not sure if it was a mix-up/glitch b/c I was a free trial, and I had no interest in putting that much cash into a month of product. As soon as I didn’t have the product, my skin broke out worse than I’ve ever seen it in over a decade, it was as bad as my last bought with pregnancy acne. I’m not interested in a product that will cause such adverse reactions to my skin if something were to happen with my shipment, or I miss a day using it.
I’m sure it works great if you use it regularly, without interruption, and I’d still recommend it if you plan on using it like that. But if you want it as a fix, I’m not sure the results would last.”

For those who don’t know, Agency has dermatologists that create and send custom formula skin creams to you based on your individual concerns, needs, etc. I’ve been wanting to try a similar subscription for a while now. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the pre-survey and communication from Agency throughout the process. It was nice being able to chat directly with a dermatologist and get feedback based upon my questions. I tried the formula out for a month and then the dermatologist checked in to see how things were going. After, my “dosage” was upped as my skin was responding well. Next, I received a two month supply to use. After the three months, I’m not sure I see monumental change; however, I feel confident enough in the product and process that I plan to continue my subscription after the trial period ends. The reason I reduced from 5 to 4 stars was for the following reasons: (1) I really would like it if they would explore more environmentally friendly packaging. What the creams come in now are very thick plastic containers that cannot be reused. I also don’t believe they are recyclable as there is no sign on the bottom. (2) As the product gets low, the pumps don’t get out the cream anymore. I had to use a q-tip toward the end of the first month. And last (3) when I had the one month supply I used sparingly and still ran out before the month ended.”

I narrowed down my main concern to my dark spots and had my formula made for that problem area. I found it did drastically reduce the visibility of the dark areas. I have plenty of product to last me longer than the 3 months I tested. The only negative I found was the off-putting smell of the formula.”

I do have adult acne and I'm starting to notice more fine lines. At first it seemed like the product was working, but by the time I finished the first month I don't believe there was much of a change. I received the second month's bottle which was larger than the first month's bottle, but it had less product in it. I ran out after only 2 1/2 weeks. I figured since it was free for me to sample, they weren't going to do anything about it so I never bothered to contact AGENCY. I discontinued use since I ran out of product and I knew at the steep cost associated per month I wasn't going to continue my subscription once my free trial ended.”

However I alerted the dermatologist of a chronic skin condition and it was totally Ignored when creating my “special formula” Kojic acid flares perioral dermatitis and my product had kojic acid in it, so I had to discontinue use after my PD flaring up.”

“I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was so excited to try it and get my skin under control. The first month supply worked great for my skin overall but I did still see some breakouts around my chin area during THAT time of the month. The dark spot formula did somewhat fade my dark spot. The future formula bottle wasn’t big enough, I ran out a week or so before my next shipment when only using two small pumps. Shipment number two the bottles were bigger and lasted the entire month. The dark spot formula faded my dark spot the same as the first month even though the formula was a bit stronger this month. The future formula was a bit too strong for my face and I was breaking out a bit more this month but my provider recommended I increase treatment on the last shipment, so I did. The last month of using the future formula my skin was flaky and dry, it was way too strong so I didn’t use it every day and I increase the amount of moisturizer I was using because my face was so flaky on my lower cheeks and chin. The dark spot treatment made a huge difference in my dark spots. A little goes a long way with the dark spot treatment, all three months I had a ton left over.”
