“Customer service is great! I got my answers to my doubts in a day. The products were a bit too irritating for my skin. I couldn't use bothe the future formula and dark spots treatment together within the same routine without getting itchiness instantly and redness the next day. So I was advised to not use both products together but instead, to only apply 1 product a day and then gradually increase frequency. I do have to admit that the dark spot formula did even out my skin within a week. However, I did not feel like the future formula did much to my skin.”
