“I already am a skincare freak and they basically prescribed to me exactly what I already use, but in one bottle instead of four. I was very happy with my results and plan to re-enroll after I use up ally other skincare products. The only thing is I used the product up in less than 30 days and it says it would last for 30 days.”

I am ultimately disappointed in the effectiveness of the duo even though it was tailored to me. I diligently used both products for 3+ months and only missed 2 days of applications. My acne was mild to begin with but got worse as I used it. For the third whole month, I got more pimples, red patches and lots of itchiness all around the edges of my face.
None of my dark spots faded and only 2-3 spots on my upper lip lightened the tiniest bit. I got more dark spots and a few darkened even.”
“It seems like the formula is customized for customers, but hard to tell how precise the recommendation will be. I didn’t get a chance to adjust based on any feedback. I received my second shipment too soon. Wish that I received time to adjust possibly. In terms of effectiveness, I can’t say I notice any difference yet. The ingredients seem to be the right ones though so it may be a matter of time.”
“I’ve been trying out my formula for 3 months. My before and after photos don’t seem that different to me except for a bit of acne gone. Unfortunately, I think my skin was a bit too sensitive to the formula. It made me itch at night and I felt as though I had a bit more breakouts. I tried adding moisturizer and skipping every other day, but alas, still irritated skin. Oh well.”
“I found that when using this product i instantly broke out even more, i NEVER get acne on my forehead, but using this i did. I quickly stopped and so did the increase in acne. It also made my nose super dry and peeled which was NOT normal for me.”

“I received this complimentary for my review and honest opinion. Firstly, Agency really impressed me from the beginning. They have fantastic communication, and excellent follow through with the entire process. Their customer service was top notch, and I really appreciate the way they continuously stay in contact. Their delivery was quick, well packaged and the product was nice. I enjoy the idea of having a formula custom made just for me. Many other products out there are very generalized and therefore don’t work. I do feel that after testing this product, it did make some differences in my skin, but I didn’t notice any dramatic changes. This is not necessarily due to the product. I believe that skincare is tricky… it takes time, and repetition, and everyone’s skin is very different. Overall, I would recommend this product!”
“I am very happy with both future and dark spot formula from Agency. Communication with a service provider was quick and flawless. I like that they suggest adjusting formula before every shipping depending on the skin progress. The bottles are very sturdy and have a high-quality pump. Over three month I got less hormone induced acne on my chin and if I got a couple of pimples they tended to go away faster. The dark spot formula helped me get rid of one spot that had been with me for a few years. It also helped to fade a couple of particularly dark freckles. A little goes a long way - I didn't even finish the first bottle. I recommend trying Agency and I will be resubscribing once I get through my stack of avid treatments.”
“When I was selected through Influencer for a free three month trial of agency's skin care program I was thrilled. Growing up I had very problematic skin that as an adult hasn't been a much of an issue... until 2020. Working full time in hospitals and wearing masks everywhere have really caused acne that i haven't experienced in years. Overall, my face has cleared up quite a bit but I'm unsure if it is due to the products or mask mandates being lifted right around when I started using the products. I liked that the Future Formula and the Dark Spot Formula were both gradually increased in strength each month. The providers seemed to take into account my health history and previous experience with certain ingredients that were available to add. I do feel that this is an expensive program and doesn't really fit into my life once the free trial ends, but I feel that it would fit into the right person's life. It is convenient and delivered to your door fast. Providers are available when needed. That type of convenience is great, especially in dermatology!”
“I really love the concept of individualized skincare, and was super excited to receive a three month trial of the products in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to get started using this product that was specifically compounded to meet the needs of my skin,, but this product just didn't work for my skin. I have very few wrinkles, but I wanted to be proactive and nip them in the bud before they became really noticeable. Instead I ended up with an extremely bad case of acne because of the Niacinamide, which is a problematic ingredient for many people including myself. I haven't noticed any change in my wrinkles, and my face has become super dehydrated after a month of using the Future Formula. I will say however that the Dark Spot Remover is fabulous. I had a dark spot under my eye, and within a week of once a day use, it is gone.”

Ive been on tretinoin gel from my dermatologist for two years, as well as clindamycin. They worked pretty well, but I was still getting the occasional painful breakout then leaving marks behind.
I am always completely honest with my reviews and I have to say these products worked so well for my skin. I understand it’s a process so I have patience with it all. These have been great. Not only have most of my marks gone away, but I also haven’t seen the break outs. I know this is mostly a spot remover, but with all the ingredients working together. “Really liked how this product helped simplify my skincare routine. I have separate products with azeliac acid, tret, niacinamide, zinc and hydroquinone which takes quite a while to layer in the mornings/evenings so definitely appreciated this was essentially a two-step process with all the ingredients I already used. I unfortunately didn’t see noticeable results and it’s way more expensive than just getting tret through a prescription that is covered by insurance. The product sizes also didn’t make sense - I ran out of the dark spot formula WAY before the future formula since it’s applied both morning at night. Super skimpy with the amount. For how expensive the product is, they should definitely make the bottles more high-end. They’re plastic and the pump doesn’t work well. Overall, meh. Won’t re-buy.”
