“CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL ANY FURTHER DELIVERIES AFTER MY TRIAL PERIOD ENDS IN 2 WEEKS??!!!! I broke out in hives and huge welts on the third day of my trial. Trying to contact Agency for help is IMPOSSIBLE! Every place I was directed to is a dead end. The Customer Service # is a 3 sentence robocall and hangs up on YOU! You never get to talk to a live person. Since no one from Agency is willing to talk, email, call, text or contact me, I had no choice but to get an emergency Dermatology appt which cost me $135.00 plus the payment for prescription medication. My Dermatologist advised I NEVER use
agency products again. She's had several appts with pts with bad experiences with Agency. My face is still not cleared up, and I have to return for a follow up appt. I am requesting Agency contact me so together we will cancel my Agency account. Agency has my contact information. I have to agree with the many reviews Agency is a scam and I am beyond frustrated with Agency.”
“Be warned, this company is a complete scam. I sent them the pictures of my skin as they requested and they sent me three bottles - one for washing my face, one moisturizer, and one for nighttime use. However, within the first week, I experienced extreme irritation, peeling, and redness on both cheeks. When I contacted their support team, they suggested I only use the nighttime cream on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but my face was still incredibly dry and itchy. I eventually had to stop using everything altogether. What's worse, I missed the fine print stating that there would be a fee of $200 after the trial period. The same day my trial ended, they withdrew the money from my account. When I called to explain the situation and request a refund, they refused, stating that their terms and conditions specify that they don't offer refunds on shipped products. But how can I use products that cause such severe irritation? I'm stuck with a product that I can't use and no way to get my money back. Don't fall for their "30-day trial" scam. Even if you have issues with their products, they won't refund your money. Save yourself the trouble and go see a real dermatologist in person.”

“It was advertised as a tretinoin product, but the amount of tret was infinitesimal, and it had a high amount of niacinamide instead, which is dirt cheap and available OTC. There is absolutely no reason to pay $80+ dollars for that ingredient.
Then on top of everything, the formula made my skin peel so bad it hurt. Their website is very insistent that the irritation is “mild,” but my face was screwed up for days. This is pretty common with niacinamide. Many people don’t tolerate it well.
So don’t sign up for Agency expecting a tret product. Go see a dermatologist and get the real thing.”
“The doses of their active ingredients are so LOW they do nothing. The active ingredients they add to their tretinoin )lowest dose available) are so low they dod nothing for me. They resent the same low dosage to me a second month without checking in with me either time to see if a higher dose was called for - which is always would be because it’s so low. They make it hard to cancel your subscription also. Don’t waste your money. Just get tretinoin from your local derm.”
“I started the trial because this was recommended to me by a friend. Right away I felt a burning sensation every time I added the products to my face. Then my face that NEVER peels, started to peel, was overly dry, was cracking. All around hurt. I stopped using it one week after I started as the burning, peeling and dryness was just getting worse each day. I did not try to contact them as every review I read said that they do not respond and if they do it is days later. I was willing to pay the price, IF the products worked. I have used other products that worked better and didnt hurt my skin for a fraction of the price.”
“Very unhappy with this company. They. guarantee a trial basis and refund if you are unhappy with the product, once you report it, the games begin. I’ve used all kinds of retinols and this one was one of the worst. I saw absolutely no progress, not even a tiny bit after 3 weeks. I’ve used over the counter products and have seen results in a few days! I tried to get the strength changed and they just sent out the same one and charged me $80. You can’t call them either! You have to communicate through text first and then email. Convenient way to not really have to “deal” with customers. I didn’t expect my face to change over night, I know a lot about retinols but you should see a little improvement from the get go. I could go on and on but I’ll spare you. I do not recommend this product to anyone and I now question the influencers promoting this line.”
“Less than a 1!! Terribile!!! Overpriced products, does not provide enough product for 1 month to use as directed. BUT WORST OF ALL, product is grainy, rough, GET A BAD BATCH & product turned out full of rough nasty cream, not smooth! And can’t tell with the container of pump moisturizer if there’s any left in the container or how much and the pump doesn’t work so I believe it’s completely full because I haven’t used it but I can’t tell because I can’t see and when I pump it 1000 times nothing comes out disgusted with this product for the price!”
“I signed up for a prescription after meeting with provider. I subsequently was sent the wrong prescription, nonetheless by a provider I HAD NEVER MET WITH, and it was missing the one ingredient I contractually agreed to. I informed them of their dangerous mistake and they refused a refund, and sadly, tried to say it was my fault for not checking my prescription prior to shipping. I did and my product was correct on paper, but not what I received. No accountability and poor patient safely, with an emphasized s on money, can be a very dangerous situation for patients.”
“I had a free sample from the agency to try their products, then they charged me for the first month without them contacting me as they had already charged me, I decided to use them to see if they worked for me but after a few days my face burned and I contacted them. I asked them to send me something for the burns on my face, they never did it, my forehead turned gray and white and it caused more spots on the sides than I had. Now my face has two shades of colors and I don't have uniform skin like Before I thought I was dealing with professionals, they wanted me to pay again to send me a product to fix the problem that they gave me with their products, be very careful because they acted very irresponsible towards me.”
