“Poor customer service. I canceled my subscription but later was informed that they already shipped the items. Unable to get my refund back to my credit card even if I have returned the merchandise. What a rift off”
“They make it impossible to start a new subscription with Agency if you had an account with Curology and want to change over. They make you resubscribe and jump through hoops. I don't really care about the low cost trial so if it's a money thing they should tell you that. I just want to be with the side that is made for middle aged women and I don't want what they sent me from Curology because I quit using it for a reason - it irritated the heck out of my skin.”
“Didn’t enjoy the product and it broke me out. They were out of stock of the sunscreen so I never got a sample. I thought I had cancelled but they still sent me a first box for $118 with a custom formula and sunscreen. I had to inactivate the subscription through PayPal to actually end the subscription. They took 3 days to email me back and say the formula is custom so no refunds or returns. The sunscreen isn’t custom, they could have worked with me to at least return that. They are sketch and there are much better ways to get medical grade skincare. Wish I hadn’t tried agency.”
“It dried my skin and made it irritated. You get singed up automatically for a 90 day service at just under $200z no option for return. Sneaky cancellation process. Just as bad as an MLM”
“Really hard to cancel. Purchased a two month supply and it barely lasted a month. I hardly used anything. Customer service doesn't respond and they don't disclose the amount they send on the bottle. Total rip off.”

Subscription. Call your bank and report any further charges as fraudulent. Screen shoot the cancellation if possible to back it up or just cancel your bank card because of the continuing charges. They can’t charge you anymore”
“The customer service at this company is greatly lacking. I haven't even been able to properly test the product as they keep dropping the ball. First, on the transition from Curology to Agency, then they lost my photos, then they finally confirmed they got it right, and then the product never arrived. I don't understand why young companies don't get this very important fact: Customer service is #1. And not five days later by emails that aren't tracking the issues properly.”
“They don’t cancel. I wrote them. They don’t have contact phone. They don’t refund. System mess up on their end. I cancelled 10 days before they were to send. Now, I’m to throw it away and say goodbye to $ 82.00. Watch out. They are somewhat shady. They do not work with you. Apologies for no phone contact. That says it all. BBB, Facebook, here I come.”
“Started my second bottle of their treatment and the product was calcified. It was like applying shards of glass on my face. The dermatologist said it happens and they are working on it. What?! Asking for a a Refund now and will never ever put any product by this company again. Overpriced garbage”
“It is hard to cancel with them, which is one concern. My biggest concern however is that when my box came, it included three products, yet the documentation that came along with it referenced a 4 step routine which included a dark spot corrector. "This wasn't in there. I contacted Agency, and their response was If you'd like, you can request the Dark Spot Formula here." Also, good luck getting a refund from them.”
“There is no easy way to cancel the subscription except via an email which they don't respond to for over 3 days. This company claims to work with doctors and to keep your information secure. Don't take my word for it, try to cancel via the site, you will hit a complete dead end until you give them photos of yourself. I submitted fake ones, and was able to unsubscribe. Be careful, this is not an ethical company. A good company makes it easy to leave it. This one does not.”
“Wow, a bottle lasts a week and I used it sparingly! It is supposed to last 2 months???!!! There is no way unless I had a defective bottle which reading other reviews may be the case. Spend money elsewhere.”
“I’ve had 3 different shipments sent to me. I’ve been using this for months and have had 1 increase/ change in the formula.
Since using, when I do break out the dark spots left behind are worse and last so much longer.
My skin doesn’t looks refreshed and radiant. It looks patchy and angry.
Lastly, the pumps are garbage! I’ve had 3 different products that the pumps didn’t work on. If you try to reach customer service you’ll get an automated email flyer with ways to help you figure out the pump. I have one bottle I cannot break into! I cannot get the pump to work or remove the pump to scoop out.
I just canceled my subscription and will not be returning.
I cannot keep fighting with the bottles and I’m tired of my skin looking like I sucked the life out of it.
I’m in the hunt for a new skin care line.

“Good product, but something must have changed with management as Agency has now decided not to honor the price I was quoted in emails when I transferred from Curology to Agency. The company had some price increases around the time I transferred, but I was promised my price would stay at the original amount before the increases. Every rep, and now even a manager dances around this instead of just being honest and admitting they're not going to honor my original quote. I'm in business too and I can say this is truly an unethical way of doing business and it clearly doesn't promote loyalty. This is a shame because now there are quite a few competitors that have joined this arena of online subscription service so customer service is everything!
If you don't have a payment/price issue you probably won't experience what I have, but if you do, hopefully this review will help those future customers to know it's difficult to get an issue resolved because you can't speak to someone and it seems that the staff is very young and inexperienced in how they handle issues/complaints. Very frustrating when you're on the other end. If you're not going to offer a customer service experience through phone communications then you should make sure you give employees the training and autonomy to think out of the box and make decisions based on each individual situation versus just giving them a script to type. Buyer beware!”
“The recently stop sending pre auto ship reminder email which i used previously to delay my shipment as the product take a bit of time to use. This time I get the reminder email and didn't know that the CHARGE and SHIP until I got a fedex tracking notification from fedex. I try reaching out to them ASAP and yeah got the standard can't cancel, no refund message. Don't shop with them they will kept charging and sending you stuff till your skin crack and drain your saving out.”
“The products were ineffective and I told them to discontinue shipments. They charged me $108 after this and will not refund! Do not shop with this fraudulent company.”
