Use it for a couple of weeks then got hit on my credit for a card for $180 for another order that I didn’t want. No phone number can’t return. Lucky for me I didn’t have a bad reaction. One of the products in the sample trial the product won’t even come out. Try to contact them no response.. anybody wanna buy a box of their product?

Terrible customer service. The word I’ve ever experienced.

Agency is the newest company of Curology to which I was a customer. I tried transferring to Agency as its anti aging program rather than acne focused. First I tried to start with agency, they turned me down after taking my $$ including sales tax in a state that does not have sales tax – and then sent me back to chirology, and offered me two months for free. I excepted. Then they told me I was not eligible. I canceled I tried signing up again they did it again I tried signing up again. They did it again now four times they’ve taken my money, not giving it back and not provided anything except an email saying I am not eligible because I am make Curology customer. I am not. They have no customer service. They have no one answering the phone. They do not refund money they do not answer questions. You should not trust them with your credit card information or your money or your skin. They are offshore, and they are dishonest scammers. Lastly, any “influencer” that is telling you to join there is getting paid to do so. You should not trust them either. I’m reporting this company to the State tax agency and BBB. To be clear: NO REFUND ; NO RESPONSE; NO RESOLUTION; NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED

My subscription came in the mail this past Tuesday. Used it once that day and by the next day, I started to notice the beginning signs of a rash, which started on the right side of my face. Come day 2(today), the rash has now spread to my chin, upper lefthand side of my forehead and parts of the left side of my face. My face is covered in bumps and I almost never get pimples. My skin also itches. I will NEVER buy or use a single product from this line. I immediately canceled my membership.

I used this stuff twice. I have never had a problem with allergies or other skin products doing this. My eyes burn so bad and I have huge red circles under my eyes like a raccoon. My skin is burning, and is now peeling. Run away!

I like the skincare products but their customer service is horrible. For 4 months, I've been trying to get assistance in resetting my password because I am unable to access my account. I've only received automated messages back from them and the messages never include the assistance I've requested.

I used agency skin care just for three days and I never had problems with my skin just wants to try new product, after second day my skin start peeling on my forehead , I stop using the product but today which is the third days my whole face stat peeling . I don’t know how long this peeling will be over :( I think it is better they explain in their advertising what people they should expect not just showing nice , clear , bright skin.

Do not get seduced by social media or influencers. This is a prime example of a relatively new company sans any form of customer service. Hung around for over 1 1/2 hours for the scheduled phone chat...nothing, nada, no call whatsoever! I received both an automated text and email 5 minutes to the scheduled call, but again, NO CALL! I can't imagine what happens if you have a bad reaction to their products because their customer service is automated programmed messages.

I used this product one time. The next day the whole left side of my face and part of my forehead was burning. I ignored it. A few hours later my face started breaking out with blister looking pimples on my cheek and on my forehead. It’s swollen all around the pimples like lumps and they are painful. The side of my cheek next to my ear has developed some sort of lump under the skin as well. The left side of my face feels bruised and my eyes feels like it is becoming infected. It has also developed a circular red spot between my eye and nose that burns really bad and is not cute. I can’t even wear my glasses because of it. My eyes is a little swollen as well. Before trying this product I would only get one or two pimples around the time I was due to start my period. Other than that, I have had clear skin, no acne my entire life. I am almost 32. When I tell you that I made the decision to switch from about two years of using dermalogica to using this agency garbage because it was a little bit cheap, it was a mistake and I mean it. Dermalogica gave me flawless skin and I guess I took that for granted. After I get past this breakout and find out what is going on when I go the doctor tomorrow, I will be spending some money to replenish my dermalogica products. Never go cheap on face or hair products.

All of your advertising, states how you can return it, start your free trial, etc. I started the samples and then received my first order, I then emailed the company asking how to return my items. I receive an email, that says this "we are unable to cancel, refund, or accept the return of an order." This is unethical and that is why I give your a 1 star. its false advertising! Blessings to you and i hope others have a better experience.

I have pretty good skin, no real complaints, but I was interested in trying a tretinoin product for preventative anti-aging, etc. Well, one week into using their "Future Formula" and moisturizer and my skin has never looked worse. Dry, flaky, and acne all over. Besides an occasional premenstrual zit, I never had acne before. After reading the reviews on this site, I'm not willing to give these products any more time as it seems based on others experiences, my skin is likely to only get worse.

TYPICAL SUBSCRIPTION...Hit's your card with no notice. Didn't see results and they don't really read your messages thoroughly to find out exactly what your questions ARE

Like other reviewers, I too am thinking of throwing in the towel on this company. My skin has never been worse. It started out promising for the first 2 months or so, with dark spots fading and skin looking even with smaller pores. Now, it’s like every pore, especially on my forehead, is swollen and about to burst. I’ve used the Future formula for over 6 months. I’ve also been on sporonolactone for over three years, which I thought would insulate me from worrying about breakouts. The acne I’m currently suffering with is so embarrassing that I’ve stopped wanting to look at mirrors or leave the house. It’s particularly worse that time of the month of course, but those episodes linger for weeks now, one breakout healing just as another one is starting up. I was using regular ol’ tretinoin .1% for years and in my initial photos submitted to Agency my face is perfectly clear, apart from a some redness. I would kill for that skin right now! Just be grateful for the skin you have, I’m screaming at that photo. Stop chasing rainbows! This “future” formula is a present day nightmare.

I’ve been using agency skincare for 6 months now and my skin has never looked worse. I started out with clear skin and rarely had a pimple. 6 months in and I have full blown acne. I kept waiting thinking the purging would stop and it’s only gotten worse. I’m so angry that I even tried this in the first place. I just went through 6 months of terrible embarrassing skin for nothing and now I have red marks and acne everywhere. It’s also not cheap so I wasted a bunch of money too.

I used for 9 months, every single day, for mild skin concerns (dark spots, dull skin, fine lines), and did not see any improvement. The doctors give you generic advice, and even though I took progress pictures and such throughout, they were not helpful or sympathetic about having zero results after 9 months. Save your money for an actual dermatologist.

Using the Future Formula from Agency Skincare, which I received complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster, was a great lesson for me of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I received two bottles of Future Formula to use over a three-month period. This was a prescription product due to its tretinoin content and I submitted photos and info regarding my skin to a certified nurse practitioner (NP-C) to formulate my custom formula. The other ingredients in my formula are azelaic acid, niacinamide, and tranexamic acid. My skin is combination with some redness and occasional acne, but nothing major. I certainly don’t have concerns with fine lines or wrinkles at this stage. I have used The Ordinary’s azelaic acid in the past with no issue. The usual cost of Agency’s Future Formula is $60 (tax and shipping + handling may be charged additionally) and it is sent on a subscription basis. You can chat with your NP-C through your account anytime, and update your formula and shipment as well. You can also add photos to your account to track your skin’s progress. One of the main considerations when beginning a tretinoin-containing product is to discontinue other skincare products containing actives like AHA/BHAs that may irritate your skin further. I simplified my routine the week before I received my first bottle in anticipation. Upon receiving my first bottle, I used it as directed: 1-2 pumps a few times per week on bare skin approximately 20 minutes after cleansing. I could either put it directly on bare skin, or mix it with my moisturizer. A few days in, my face began to feel dry. This dryness worsened into tingling/sensitivity and peeling all over my face, even up into my hairline. I also had very small breakouts on my cheeks. It was disparaging and embarrassing trying to fix the flakiness and peeling, especially because it went up into my hairline and I have dark hair. I consulted with my NP-C on how to continue using my Future Formula. She advised to wait longer before applying, reduce the number of nights per week I applied it, and to definitely mix with it moisturizer. I began slowly trying to use my Future Formula again, and in the meantime received my second (larger) bottle only three weeks after the first—even two months later, I haven’t even touched the new bottle. I continue having extreme peeling within a day of attempting to reincorporate Future Formula into my routine and the tingling/sensitivity continues to be present as well, even when I use it as infrequently as once a week. I’m not even going to attempt using the second bottle and I’m very happy I didn’t have to pay for it. I’m also happy that I was able to cancel the shipment of the third bottle that was automatically queued for me—that one would have cost me full price! I didn’t notice any significant improvement while using Future Formula, and in fact, I think my skin looks worse now. I’ve gone back to using my normal products and I am getting my skin back under control. The peeling up around my hairline has only recently gone away and I don’t avoid wearing my dark-colored tops anymore. Overall I can’t recommend this product or subscription service because I had such negative results—it’s probably a great product for those who have more severe acne and/or less sensitive skin than I do, but I’m not sacrificing my skin and wallet just because it’s a product with my name on it. While it may be convenient to have products sent on a schedule, the timing should be tailored to my actual needs/use rather than on a set schedule. Be cautious if starting a tretinoin product; these are known side effects and for me it wasn’t worth it to continue use for some potential improvement months down the line.

Although I’m sure this is a great product, it wasn’t what I expected from a customized formula. The Future Formula and the Dark Spot Formula made white spots appear on my face. It’s been over 3 months since the last time I applied these products and the white spots are still on my face.

I received these products for exchange of reviews. The process was easy and I alerted the dermatologist of my perioral dermatitis. First month was fine didn’t see many changes to be honest, maybe more of a glow. Second shipment came in and my perioral dermatitis immediately came back, worse than ever. Whatever was in the second shipment caused a flare up and I had to go to my dermatologist to get prescription pills to calm it down.

I received these products free from Agency and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I’ll start with the positives. The process was simple, fast, and easy. I like that you upload actual pictures of your skin for them to look over along with your questionnaire about your issues. The products didn’t aggravate my sensitive skin, and except for the dark formula treatment, worked moderately well when I had a supply. That leads me to the last month, I got an email/ notification in my account that my last month was shipping, and it never came, with no updates. So my skin had an abrupt discontinuation of care. I’m not sure if it was a mix-up/glitch b/c I was a free trial, and I had no interest in putting that much cash into a month of product. As soon as I didn’t have the product, my skin broke out worse than I’ve ever seen it in over a decade, it was as bad as my last bought with pregnancy acne. I’m not interested in a product that will cause such adverse reactions to my skin if something were to happen with my shipment, or I miss a day using it.  I’m sure it works great if you use it regularly, without interruption, and I’d still recommend it if you plan on using it like that. But if you want it as a fix, I’m not sure the results would last.
