“I've ordered many different items to try for quality purposes. I am very pleased with the quality of everything I've received. There was an ordering error on my part of a second order and customer service was amazing when I reached out. There was one other time I reached out to customer service and they were prompt and handled it exquisitely. All of the products I have ordered so far have been the best quality compared to other companies. Woodpeckers started small and I highly value small businesses. I am small myself and they make me feel just as important as a million dollar account. I highly recommend this company and their products.”

“I cannot locate the flag and the spool tree and really am not looking to start from scratch with design. Size of stars? Number of colors for the look you achieved with the spools. It never occurred to me that the information would disappear so quickly.”

“Woodpeckers is a wonderful small business with amazing customer service and turn-around time. They have a large inventory of products, especially for crafters. I wanted to add to my Redware plates for my Christmas tree this year. They are very expensive so, I came up with an alternative idea. I ordered round wood disks from Woodpeckers and painted my own ornaments. I love the way they came out!”
