“I initially ordered through Amazon and when my order arrived I was 4 dowels short. The box wasn’t damaged but it was open and the packaging inside was turn open. I tried to get the 4 dowels through Amazon but they just want you to return the whole item, which I didn’t want to do as nothing was wrong other than the shortage. I called woodpecker directly and they sent me the 4 dowels and I am a happy camper.”

“I am very pleased with my order from Woodpeckers Crafts. Birds were landing on the rounded mailbox post cap and leaving their droppings there. It was getting out of control. So, a small wooden finishing ornament was ordered from Woodpeckers Crafts and mounted on top of the post cap to keep birds from landing there. The end result is both a functional and attractive solution. Thanks!”

“I order a lot from Woodpeckers Crafts and like the products but the items are not packed well and often arrive damaged. I always pay for the insurance so I do get replacements but it takes extra time I don’t have to spare. Even if they would tape the corners of the boxes it would help so much! The boxes are so heavy and take 10 days to arrive most times. Also everything is thrown in together which also causes damage in shipping.”
