“I've ordered several times now and have been a happy customer everytime! Everything always ships quickly and is of great quality! I've bought the 1- 1/2" wood ball knobs which I use as toppers for the paper towel holders I make and the 1" end grain wood knobs which I use for the top handle knobs of my wooden mason jar lids. I want the products I make and sell to be quality products and finding quality craft supplies to use at a decent price is not always easy but I believe Woodpeckers is just that and I will definitely be ordering again in the future!”

“Good afternoon Renee, Woodpeckers have a good range of parts for a model maker. I make toys for children in our church and the last one took two weeks to make. It was a truck-mounted crane, but a lot of the toys are Thomas Tank engines with carriages etc. If I can I fit lights to them all which is fun for the kids. The batteries need to be accessible which is always difficult.”

“i love ordering from woodpeckers - they ship from US to Canada reasonably fast, and always pack the order nicely. I specifically get coffins, which will sometimes come with the hinges or fastener twisted, on at least one occasion the fastener was backward, but for the most part everything still works. the wood takes paint really well, and even though there are sometimes unwanted textures or colours found in it, for the most part they're pristine.”

“Hello there, We now use these 3/4" square dowels in our shipping department. They are used to hold gearboxes in place on the pallet so they do not slide around during transit. We cut them into approximately 12" long pieces. They are nail gunned down to the wooden pallet around the perimeter of the gearboxes. Our shipping department love them as they are easier to work with than our previous method. Wish you made them in smaller lengths than the 48" ones we purchased but they might cost more I would think. Thanks very much. “We used the 1.5 inch wooden balls with 3/8 inch hole to create a FIESTA (it’s a San Antonio thing) themed rosary. Our second graders painted the flowers on the balls and we used paracord to string them. The wooden crucifix was purchased elsewhere. The end result is 20ft long and an absolutely gorgeous piece of folk art that will be sold at our school’s annual Gala.”
