“Wonderful, luxury product that has really enhanced our sleep. The temperature balancing qualities of the wool are remarkable and we are kept perfectly cosy without being hot. Excellent fast service, Wool Room were responsive to the initial questions I had before purchase. Buy one.”

“The duvet came very promptly. It is quite light weight but beautifully warm. My previous duvet was an all seasons with a tog of 14, this is a medium tog 8-11 and is plenty warm enough. Fabulous.”

“Fantastic service. I have the mattress protector, pillow and duvet on my bed and purchased the mattress protector for my daughter as a gift. After purchase my daughter told me she wouldn't be able to accept the parcel until the next day and the team at the wool room sorted the delivery and it was delivered on time perfect and comfy as usual. I would definitely recommend the Wool Room for a good nights sleep.”

“Very quick delivery. Good quality and reasonably priced. My husband and I are loving our new duvet. We weren’t sure if we would get on with a sheeps wool duvet as we were used to down. Much better and neither of us are waking up sweating anymore.”

“The throw I bought is gorgeous and soft. I bought it as a 21st birthday gift. There was an issue with my order not being in stock, even though it was when I ordered it. When I rang to query why I hadn’t received it, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and rang me back very quickly after sourcing the throw for me and sent it next day delivery.”

“Two things to say. First, ordering from the U.K. could not be easier with Woolroom. I received my mattress topper in less than a week. I could not find a similar product in the U.S. Second, I ordered a topper to help with hip bursitis. My mattress was too firm and the pressure on my hip produced extreme pain at night. Night one with the topper - no pain. No sweating, either. Now, my Bernese mountain dog is on it! We both highly recommend Woolroom.”

“Very easy website to navigate. Seamless transaction and very, very quick delivery. You people should rule the world! The only minor concern is the FedEx charges that I don’t object to-I’m in Canada- but it would be nice to know that fedex was going to call for payment before they released my purchase. I knew, or figured, that it was just the GST, but I didn’t know how much the charge was, just had to pay it. The bed topper is lovely and exactly what I was expecting. Thank you. I will order from you again.”
