I have been looking to change my bedding from man made products to natural and just recently discovered wool bedding. I purchased two wool pillows and have found them very comfortable and supportive and it's good to know that they are more hygienic than man made. I like the fact that filling can be adjusted to suit and that the covers are all cotton. I am looking forward to trying a wool duvet in the near future!

Thank you for your feedback Teresa, good to hear that you are changing over to natural bedding We hope you continue to feel the benefits of your new pillows and as you say they are fully adjustable and machine washable, wool is also a sustainable fibre, biodegradable and temperature regulating. The service is fantastic. I ordered Sunday evening, had an e-mail on Monday to tell me it would arrive on Tuesday. Got a message on Tuesday saying it would be delivered between 4.30 and 5.30 and was delivered at 4.45pm. Couldn't have asked for better.

Having spent hundreds of pounds on bedding to try and achieve a comfortable sweat free unbroken nights sleep I have finally achieved this for the first time in years using your products even my husband loves our new bedding.

Delivery is very quick and the products are beautifully wrapped in their own canvass bags. So far I only have a mattress protector and a couple of pillows but plan on getting more bits in time. A friend recently mentioned the "very British problem" of facing a hot night constantly turning the pillow and I realised that, even in the very hot temperatures we have been experiencing recently, I have no desire to turn the pillow over.

Excellent service and order received very quickly. My husband sleeps much better now we have the wool mattress topper on our bed. I do find it a little warm, but it is a small price to pay for the extra comfort. I am so pleased I ordered the delux wool pillows as I found them too hard and had to adjust the filling to suit my needs. Now my pillow is perfect!

After spending hundreds of pounds on trying to find a comfy pillow I was ready to give up! Then I stumbled across The Wool Room web site and the deluxe wool pillows. At last a pillow that doesn't leave me with head or neck ache! Wool for me from now on.

Clear web site, easy to order what we required and a fast, accurate delivery. We bought pillows, quilt and matress cover. All very good quality, and lovely to sleep in. Suits both my husband and myself, despite my hot flushes and night sweats which have measurably improved with the wool bedding. I would definitely recommend this company and it's products.

they are the worst pillows i have ever bought,they are very hard on the neck and the head,on top of that twice you deliveard to the wrong address where lives an 80year old lady who is very bad on her legs and feet ,she has an daily nurse going in each day dressing her ulcerated legs. yours mr molloy

We are very sorry to hear of the delivery issues and that you are not getting on well with the new pillows. They are normally very comfortable and fully adjustable to suit most sleepers. Have you tried to separate some of the fibers inside to give you more of a softer feel? My new single duvet arrived very quickly and beautifully packed, a day earlier than advised. The wool is very evenly distributed and lies on the bed without any lumps. It is just the warmth I require and I am looking forward to testing it out in the colder weather. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought the package of quilt, topper and pillows. They are fantastic, I was waking up with hot flushes during the night and since putting the new bedding on a week ago I have had no hot flushes that have disturbed my sleep at all. Fabulous product.

The Woolroom products are of unequivocal quality and immensely beneficial to my medical condition, however it is such a shame that their customer service is lacking and there are three issues to name; poor communication, questionable stock and dubious "white gloved" delivery service. Nearly every time I have contacted The Woolroom I have waited days for a reply and had to send chaser emails, eventually going through the managing director to attain resolution. I paid for the silver delivery service. My Luxury 9000 double mattress was delivered by two "Panther" couriers who had dirty hands and showed no care in the transport of the mattress e.g. dropping it on the ground off the lorry, I received a marked/dirty mattress in torn old plastic that had been obviously re-tapped with a previous delivery notice dated 15/2/2016, indicating that it was old stock. When I made my order end of May 2016 I was informed that I would need to wait 6 weeks or so for the mattress to be made, which I was more than willing to do. Miraculously a few days later I was informed by telephone that a Luxury 9000 mattress was now available. I question whether this mattress was actually brand new and I do wonder what truly happens to the returned "30 day sleep guarantee" mattresses. I insisted on the mattress being replaced through a different courier Network 4 as The Woolroom did not provide any reassurances that the difficulties with the Panther couriers had been resolved. If there was another company in the UK who provide these quality products to support my medical condition, then I would have cancelled this order with The Woolroom. I really hope that The Woolroom will seriously look to improving their customer service.

You raised points that of course will be followed up with our account managers as this is certainly not the service we would expect any of our customers to receive. We can only apologise for the delays in response and will look to manage issues in a more timely fashion to ensure customers are not waiting for a resolution without any updates. I ordered the all season wool duvet and I am sad to say that it hasn't helped at all in making my night's sleep more comfortable. It doesn't keep me cool when I overheat and it isn't warm enough in the early hours of the morning when I am not overheating. I thought I had a 30 day trial but it seems this is only on certain packages. When I rang up to discuss I was advised to try one half of the duvet underneath my sheet. This makes no difference. I was told that they couldn't take it back because it has been used but it seems to me that this must be the case too for the 30 day trial packages? A very expensive mistake and my old duvet did a better job. The only positive was that the delivery was very quick (next day). Very sad not to have had a more positive experience to report both for the duvet and in wanting to return the product.

Im afraid that is correct Yasmin, the 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the full bed sets - mattress protector/topper,pillows and your choice of duvet. Im very sorry that the duvet you purchased did not help with your sleep issues, we are passionate about our product and the help that it can give in aiding a good nights sleep and we are sorry that it on this occasion it has not worked for you.. I have made numerous purchases from the Wool Room, including wool pillows, Merino Fleece mattress enhancer and the latest purchase a Deluxe Wool Topper. All their products are excellent quality and delivered very quickly. I would say perhaps worth purchasing a slightly larger topper than your mattress size if you can. I purchased the exact same size in the Merino Fleece enhancer and rather than stretch I found it bunches slightly and pulls in on the sides. Whereas I purchased the next width up for the Deluxe Wool Topper and it is much better and stays in place, appears like the photographs and goes slightly over the edge of the mattress.

I purchased two wool throws from the Wool Room which were lovely quality and the colour in the picture was exactly what I was expecting perfect, could not have had better service ordered on Monday received on Wednesday very fast.
