“Always helpful and knowledgeable about products. Good displays in the showroom, Good to be able to handle to handle the product and look at other items of stock. Delivery has always been quick and efficient. I sleep more soundly and comfortably with this product and whilst kept warm, not clammy. The system works well especially the ability to stuff pillows as you prefer them with additional wool. Now looking to purchase a mattress in the near future as my son has been given a full set of duvets and pillows for his home as well.”

“Excellent delivery service. I was looking for hypoallergenic and this seems to be a very good product but unfortunately the pillows were too firm for me. I need really soft which I thought wool would be.”

Thank you for your review Catherine, you do not say which pillows you purchased but our Deluxe pillows are fully adjustable by unzipping the outer case and removing the wool inside which enables you to control the comfort level. “Good product and service. However instructions to deliver to a different address were ignored and delivery to my house didn't work either as the driver went to the wrong house. Care needs to be taken by the packaging dept. to ensure delivery instructions are adhered to”

“This is a great pillow, I have neck issues and this pillow allows me to easily adjust it's height/depth even in the middle of the night this can easily be done as the contents are relatively easily redistributed. Very good!”

“I am very pleased with our deluxe pillow cases. They've given our old feather pillows a new lease of life and I love the idea of using wool for bedding rather than synthetic material so I will probably be ordering more products gradually. The delivery service was also good and the presentation very nice so I will keep 'The Wool Room' in mind for gifts.”

“I bought one of the last single blankets. It came 2 days later (admittedly, I bought it very late at night), and all was excellent. There was a small spec of a brown stain on my white blanket so I am not giving it 'very good' - but I could not be bothered to send it back for an exchange. In many ways I like what came in and the minor speck is not worth the hassle of returns. Shame, though, this could have been an all star amazing review. I joked with my friend that it looked like a return from someone who splattered coffee, or maybe a sheep had the last drink before the shearing? But seriously, it's a good material. A bit lighter than I would have expected, but with a really pretty edging. It looks quality and I am happy. Would easily recommend as I don't suppose the tiny stain is a norm. But go for something a bit thicker if you want a winter cover and you don't do cold like me - or use this for summer. I put it on top of my wool room wholly bedding and that works nicely. However, it's still August (have I said I don't do cold?) and so it remains to be seen how I like it in winter. But, yeah, go for it.”

“We bought this 3-9 tog duvet and the cotton duvet cover for our Motorhome, I am asthmatic and allergic to dust mites, also there's not much space at the bottom of the bed to get past so we didn't want the usual type which takes up far too much room. It is a really nice light duvet,,really like it but it gets lost in the duvet cover!! It all end up at one side! Also it is not warm enough for a Scottish summer, I wish we had bought the next tog up, I will have to treat myself and get one for the house too!! A great product!!”

“Ordered the Kilnsey Wool Throw - Fern online on a Saturday. An easy process. Monday I received notification it would be with me on Tuesday, (sooner than expected) so I went online and changed the delivery to Wednesday. All done easily and it arrived early in the morning on Wednesday. Great service. The colours of the throw are wonderful, it is a good weight, perhaps not quite as soft to the feel as I'd hoped, but lovely none the less.”
