“I bought this for my 4 year old who suffers from severe atopic dermatitis and also has a long list of food and airborne allergies. My son has a tendency to snuggle under the duvet which unfortunately makes him hot, he will either kick off the covers and wake up when he is cold later on or he overheats and as a result becomes itchy. He has been using the topper, pillow and quilt (heavier for a couple of weeks and lighter one since) for almost month now and I have noticed a significant improvement in his sleep (and mine!) despite his condition worsening due to the increased pollen levels. I cant tell you what it feels like to use them personally but my son says "I love it mummy, its so snuggly, its not too hot and its not too cold, its just right" Who am I to argue?!”

“Bought the summer weight superking after researching woollen quilts.. As I am a great believer in natural materials that are made in the UK this product was perfect for me. Next day delivery - great service - lovely packaging - what more can you ask for. I will certainly be ordering a winter weight if I find I need it”

“I have a wool duvet, mattress cover and pillow. I sleep much better at night , I was surprised how cool I was recently when it was 26 to 28 dec in the room. The mattress cover is really comfy and luxurious, and the duvet can be split between two rooms in the summer. as it has two layers that clip together. It is much better with moisture control. The pillow can be fluffed up, by I have not done this yet.”

“I have used The Wool Room twice now. The first time was to completely overhaul my bedding and linen. The wool aspect is wonderful to aid sleep - and reduce night sweats! And the Alpaca blanket that came a couple of days ago is wonderful to snuggle up under on the sofa on a cool night.”

Wool is known for its ability to regulate temperature and as recent studies from Leeds University show, is much more effective in doing this than duck, down or man made fibres. “I purchased the pillow a year ago and after a rocky start, I had fluffed it up too much, completely my own fault, I have only good praise for it. I have just woken up after my 1st nights sleep on my mattress cover and it is a pleasure. Thicker than any that I have previously owned and feels fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending these products, and have indeed done so to friends.”

“Thank you WoolRoom... This Alpaca king, (all season) duvet is amazing. my wife suffers from night sweats, and having read your details concerning the advantages of this duvet for this problem we bought it. My wife found using the TWO quilts together, (even at this time of year) was too much, but the thicker of the two alone has proved to be wonderful. It is very light, but keeps her warm without heavy weight, we are very pleased indeed. Also, I must say that I am sleeping better than I have for years. I feel really warm and so comfortable, waking up really refreshed, I would also say that I am over eighty and find the need for deep comfortable sleep very important.... so its thank you WoolRoom from me as well as my wife.”

“We needed something to add comfort to a good but very firm foam mattress in my flat in France. I chose a deluxe wool-filled mattress topper from The Wool Room. They offered my european king size, from stock and at a good price, and they had no trouble arranging to despatch via their courier for delivery in France the day after my arrival. The package turned up exactly as planned, was well packed and, best of all, made all the difference to our comfort. I can really recommend this product, the price and the service from The Wool Room.”

“I've now purchased two mattress toppers and a duvet from The Wool Room and have been really pleased with the products and the service. The toppers are the most comfortable I've slept on (and I've tried a few as I suffer with back pain). Hoping to buy the warm (winter) duvet next.”

“We bought the Deluxe super light duvet as I was getting too warm in bed with my current duvet. I was concerned it may be too thin, but it is great and we are both sleeping much better. The duvet is good quality, has no odour and came in a zip up bag which will be good for storage in winter. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“We love our new bedding. We bought a mattress topper, pillows and the extra light quilt and have no regrets whatsoever. I was suffering from disturbed sleep due to night sweats before we took the plunge and spent, what is for us, quite a large amount of money on your products. After a couple of weeks much improved sleep I believe it is money well spent.”
