“Excellent service I ordered 2 deluxe wool pillows they arrived very quickly and I must say they are without any doubt the best pillows I have ever had I can highly recommend the wool room and its products I will definitely be using them again for other wool bedding products so glad I found you! “Very pleased with deluxe mattress topper, quality as expected having purchased deluxe duvet, pillows and mattress protector a year ago. Particularly like the duvet as it is light and warm and fits around the body so when my husband moves in bed I don't get blasts of cold air, as with our old duvet. The pillow was a little soft so I ordered extra wool and can now fill the pillow to my liking.”

“Have been using for a week, having purchased the Deluxe Wool Duvet Set. Duvet, Pillow and Mattress Protector. As advertised I have found I am no longer sweating in bed which is the good news, but because if this have found that I am slightly colder. So one night had to wear bedrocks, as feet cold, however the weather has been cool this last week. I bought the combined duvet set which can be pinned together to provide winter protection. Currently using the lighter duvet, but because of this poor June tempted to use the heavier duvet. The pillow has remained untouched, but had to puff it up last night as head leaving indent in pillow. No hardship. Sleep quality is probably better, as I am not waking up in the middle of the night several times due to being too hot, to hips aching. However, I am finding it extremely difficult to wake up in the morning, despite alarm clock as am dead to the world and it is taking me half an hour to come to. Would prefer to be able to wake up sharper. Would say am feeling better during the day due to better quality sleep. I phoned to order my Duvet, as not sure whether to order the Luxury against the Deluxe. Found the assistant extremely helpful. In the end I purchased the Deluxe Set, which came to about the same price as the Luxury Duvet, as would mean getting the whole benefit of wool pillow and mattress protector for temperature control. The other benefit is that the Deluxe can be washed rather or dry cleaned, with my preference being washing. My order was delayed for a few days at my request, so that I would at home on the delivery day. I was very happy with the Delivery Company used, as knew to within the hour when delivery would occur, and also had the ability to change the delivery time & date if things changed at the last minute.”

The All Seasons duvet that you purchased will give you maximum flexibility during the British "summer" enabling you to alternate between the 200gm and the 300gm as the weather changes. “Having to cope with being of a certain age and the recent humid nights, we have just invested in a deluxe extra light duvet. Were a bit doubtful that there would be much difference between that and the luxury range light duvet which we bought last year but the difference is indeed noticeable. Again, lovely quality, super packaging and fast delivery. Can't fault the company or their products. We are very satisfied customers and are pleased to regularly recommend The Wool Room to others. “Purchased to make a new mattress that was a little on the firm side a bit softer. Very happy with the result, a quality product and less than a quarter of the cost compared to brand matching the topper.”

“The best customer service experience ever! Fast and efficient. The alpaca duvet is brilliant: not only keeping us at a comfortable temperature, but also being light and quite is a considerable bonus. The wool pillows are a bit high and firm to our liking. The wool cot duvet seems also effective for my 2 year old who is generally warm and tend to sweat a lot. Many thanks Pinar”

You don't say which type of pillows you have but if you bought our adjustable deluxe pillows it is possible to change the firmness by unzipping the pillow case and removing some of the the wool inside. “Beautiful, soft cosy quilt. Have never had a wool quilt before but am so pleased with it. Have had less night sweats which is such a bonus and was the reason for my purchase. It is quite warm on a muggy summer night though ( I purchased the light weight one) but is still a bearable warmth. I would definitely recommend to anyone and am planning on adding more wool items soon!”

“I am very pleased with my deluxe wool duvet. I am finding I sleep better I do not wake up feeling hot and sweaty in bed on warm nights . It is also plenty warm enough on the cooler nights and I do believe will be warm enough for me In the winter. I am now thinking of getting a wool pillow and a mattress cover.”

“Having had many sleepless nights because of overheating and sweating I was intrigued when I heard about woollen duvets and having bought the lightest Tog 1-2 duvet I am now sleeping like a baby. No more overheating and no more sweating - I shall definitely be changing my winter weight duvet come the Autumn.”

“Love my new wool mattress topper! It fits my new uk sized double mattress perfectly (even though it's a very high mattress) but also stretched to fit my old ikea sized double before I upgraded. It has made the bed much softer and I no longer get too hot, which I used to in summer on my old memory foam mattress. Highly recommended and worth the price!”
