“An excellent company to do business with and an excellent product. The only thing to slightly mar the experience was an issue with DPD over delivery but that was nothing to do with Woolroom. Customer service was fantastic from my first query through to trying to help with DPD.”

“I have had my new wool duvet now for two weeks. There is no bunching up and no cold spots where the stuffing of the conventional gathers in to one corner. It is lovely and warm and you don't have to shake it when making the bed. No lumps and bumps when the bed is made. Wonderful wish I had it years ago”

“Great service, good communication and prompt delivery. I ordered two classic wool duvets, one for myself (as a woman of a certain age) and one for my daughter (who has learning disabilities); both of us "suffer" from overheating at night and WOW have these duvets solved the problem. Would never have thought it possible, but it is!!”

“This is the 2nd purchase from woolroom, we have been using woollen duvets for 2 years buying the all season bundle, we have been extremely pleased with the quality and therefore have recommended these products to our family. “We bought a deluxe duvet a few months ago, really impressed with it so decided to change our feather topper for a deluxe wool one. It arrived the day after ordering, so super service, love it, it's been on our bed for one week and we love getting into our warm cosy bed each night.”

“Very well made products, I now have a summer and winter quilt and couldn't resist a mattress topper on Black Friday offer. Temperature regulation is much better than with synthetics, quilt on, quilt off, quilt on, quilt off is now a thing of the past! If you are used to down they do feel different, not as body hugging, but I am not sure about the ethics of down production and wanted to support the British wool industry. Overall very happy with my purchases.”
