“it arrived promptly... each piece had its own cotton bag... the pillows are wonderful ,(husband made his softer by removing some of the wool) , mine was perfect but i plan to get an extra bag of wool to customise other pillows... single topper brilliant to take on holiday , lest we arrive to a less than perfect mattress, packs up small and neat in its own cotton bag... all wonderful... BIG thank you! ..”

“The duvet has surpassed expectations whilst doing everything it claimed. I have had better nights sleep since its arrival than I have had in a very long time. It stabilises temperature, is light-weight, and copes with humidity really well. In my opinion a fantastic product.”

“My top up bag of wool arrived within a couple of days and was as described. The wool is soft and fluffy and makes a lovely natural pillow. No more horrible polyester for me.”

“I bought 2 products, one day apart, both were in stock when i ordered . The first order went swimmingly and arrived in 2 days. The second took 5 days with no reason given, then on the day of delivery the delivery firm sent an email saying that they hadn't received my delivery from the wool room. However it was then delivered on that day. So not full marks and hopefully the second delivery was not the norm.”

“So pleased with our purchase of a mattress topper. We've both had various aches and pains and subsequently disturbed nights however ever since I put this topper on last week our sleep has improved immensely. I know it's early days but I'm optimistic of the lasting effects of these natural products.Thankyou Woolroom!”

“I have matress topper, quilt and pillows and protectors to help overheating husband. Really pleased with them. Arrived within a couple of days. Lovely quality and what a bonus to have flame resistant qualities. Definately worth every penny”

“I have only slept on my new mattress topper for two nights, but so far it seems extremely comfortable and perhaps slightly cooler. Coolness is what I am after and I feel encouraged, though of course you have to allow also for the placebo effect. As Zhou Enlai is believed to have told Nizon about the outcome of the French revolution, it is too early to tell. I like your company however, and I like wool, and will almost certainly be back for more of your products... thank you”
