“I took a long time deciding to get a wool duvet to help with my night sweats. When I rang for advice I found them helpful and efficient, when I changed my mind having already placed the order, it still arrived quickly. The mattress protector has worked brilliantly over the foam mattress which had been unbearably hot, it insulates really well. Whilst the duvet has not stopped my night sweats they feel greatly reduced and no longer wake me in the night because I don't get cold in between as it really does soak up the moisture! I look forward to going to bed again, sleep through most nights and so has had quite a big impact on my life. I have the light weight duvet and will buy the ultra for summer.”

“Bought a complete set of Alpaca + Wool bedding, as I suffer from dust mite allergy. This was after we had a talk at the WI on the benefits of using this, especially for allergy sufferers. Really pleased with my purchase, as, despite the cost, it is a good investment. It is comfortable and I have been sleeping really well since using it.”

“Proved to be very professional and courteous in all communications. Products well described with sound technical back up including previous users experience comments leaving a prospective customer like myself in no doubt about making a purchase. Overall good Quality products with a sound delivery service making it a good online experience. I am a convert to Wool products now and enjoying the change. Goodbye duck down and man made fibres.”

“Great website..... very helpful staff......smooth, timed delivery.....my mattress topper has taken the edge off a comfortable but too firm mattress and my sore back and hips are greatly improved.....would highly recommend”

“My friend told me about their wool duvet from the Wool Room and so I looked into this as I no longer sleep as well as I used to - mainly due a health issue causing me to overheat, especially at night while lying down. I ordered a duvet and pillow and, having tried it for a month now, I've just ordered a mattress cover too. I'm delighted with the results and can vouch for the fact that the use of wool really does help regulate your temperature while sleeping. Aside from this, the quality of the product and the level of service received is excellent and I have no hestitation in recommending both. Thank you Wool Room! :)”

“I bought a double duvet, medium weight and a pillow two weeks ago. I am definitely sleeping better and feel cosy (with a couple of extra wool blankets for this cold snap) but not too hot. I am so pleased with the difference in my sleep that I am now buying a mattress protector and an all season duvet. Guests will get the first duvet so I can get rid of the down duvets which make me a bit wheezy. I found the Wool Room website very informative, though several times couldn't always easily find something I'd previously read when trying to show an asthmatic friend the wonders of wool. There's lots of info and not brilliantly structured which is typical of small, friendly companies' web sites. I initially contacted the Wool Room by email and got a good helpful reply. A nice company to deal with, and a fabulous product. How come doctors don't recommend wool duvets?”

“Couldn't wait to receive my all seasons duvet,and I wasn't disappointed ! Previously tried feather & down,and synthetic duvets but was unimpressed! In my fifties ,suffering with night sweats ( and day sweats) and just wanted a good nights ' sleep! Well now I have them!! This duvet is a godsend, it's not heavy, the cover is beautiful and I wish I'd found it sooner! You might be thinking it's expensive but it's worth every single penny!”
