“My pillow arrived quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I chose to buy it from the Wool Room because it is a British company using British wool (cheaper imports are available) --- we have a long tradition of wool in this country and I am happy to spend a bit more to support it. The pillow itself is as comfortable as you could ever hope it to be. I teased the wool to make it the right level of softness and I have slept soundly on it every night. I have rhinitis and asthma and noticed an immediate improvement with my symptoms. This pillow will be the first thing I pack whenever I stay away from home. I will definitely be buying more from the Wool Room -- saving up now for the duvet!”

“Bought a wool topper from the Wool Room. It is an amazing product, extremely high quality and from the first day has made a real difference to our quality of sleep. We do not wake up as often during the night and feel more rested in the morning. Highly recommended! The Wool Room staff were also a pleasure to deal with and the delivery was super quick. The product arrived the next day and I was able to track its arrival down to a fifteen minute window.”

“Began with the duvet last summer, then this winter added the topper and pillows. I no longer sneeze when I go to bed at night and my husband says my snoring has practically gone! We sleep so well now that its hard to get up in the morning, the best bed arrangement ever! Now I just want to persuade The Wool Company to make neck size pillows for traveling so we can carry them in our suitcases.”

“My 1st purchase was the 2 pillows offer, I loved them so much that I went on to purchase a duvet, pillow protectors & a mattress topper. All items were superbly packaged in special bags, which are great for storing items when not in use. Each of my items have qualified for free p&p and arrived the following day. All the bedding feels clean & fresh. I love the fact they just need airing, but can be washed on a wool setting if ever the need arises. The wool smell was faint on the duvet, but completely disappeared within a few days. I did purchase a pure wool duvet from another company, which smelt awful and is still as strong after a few weeks. The other company charged extra for storage bags!!!! So having bought from 2 seperate companies, I would highly recommend the Wool Room, based on excellent products, speed of delivery, lack of farmyard smell on products and the storage bags! I am gradually replacing all our bedding from the Wool Room.”

“Very fast delivery, all products are very well packaged in cotton zipped bags. I ordered the cot bed set, the mattress protector is well padded and contains no plastics, the pillow is very soft and washes well. Very pleased.”

“I have purchased super light comforter and I got it within 4 days from UK to USA - wow! We just slept our first night under it and it is amazing! I sleep cold my husband is always hot - but guess what he slept covered all night and didn't snore even once - YEAH! I was totally warm and snuggly - it is awesome to be able to sleep under the same comforter first time in years! I am now an a mission to convince him to buy a topper and pillows. Great product very well made and great customer service!”

“We ordered 2 pillows on line. They were to be delivered by a local company within 48 hours but, as we were unable to be in, we changed delivery day by a very simple and quick process - excellent. The pillows arrived as expected and we are very pleased with them. After one week, my husband, who has slept badly for YEARS, has had 6 out of 7 nights of uninterrupted sleep. This is so remarkable we can hardly believe it.....long may it continue, we'll buy a duvet next!”
