“Quick delivery, loved the ability to track to within a 15 minute window! Products themselves had no "sheepy" smell. I bought 2 pillows and a mattress topper, would like to get a few more bits when I can. I have been waking earlier, feeling refreshed, and going to bed sooner as I no longer wake with aches and pains! Wish the mattress topper was a little thicker but that is only gripe.”

“I ordered the medium weight duvet as I don't like anything to heavy on me at night, well it is perfect for me it keeps me warm and also cool so ideal. After using this duvet for a few months I certainly would never go back to the original type. I have asthma and I really don't cough that much at night now so I am looking at the pillows as I think that may be its time to purchase one. Thank you I have been recommending you and your products to all my friends and hopefully in time they will find the benefits of the Woolroom.”

“Delighted with my mid-weight duvet and mattress protector. Just as the website says, the duvet is neither too warm nor too cold. When I unpacked it, I thought it might be a bit thin but my fears were unfounded - it is just the right weight and snuggles around perfect,y.”

“Wow ....what can I say the 'Deluxe Wool Mattress Topper' is absolutely wonderful. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed. I have an old hard mattress which I will replace soon but in the meantime wanted to create a sumptuous bed and this mattress topper certainly did that! I would highly recommend this and wish I purchased one years ago! I purchased a set of the 'White Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen' which I am very pleased with. Lovely smooth cotton, very cool to sleep with and feels very luxurious. I also purchased the 'Deluxe Wool Duvet' in a 'medium weight' thinking this would be ideal for April/May time. I found it very lightweight and cool but for me a little too cool and I ended up putting another polyester duvet over the top for added warmth which then created a wonderfully warm bed. I then purchased the 'Deluxe Wool Duvet' in 'warm weight' which was meant to be plenty warm enough for winter and tried that in April/May. This was warmer but I still found it not warm enough for me and I don't think I am a particularly cold type of person. I found they were both warm enough at the start of the night but I would wake up cold in the middle of the night. The wool duvets are definitely cooler and breathable if you are hot in bed but do not seem to warm you up once you are cold. I found I could feel the fresh air coming through the duvets and they do not seem to hold warmth in the bed. Anyway, I still like the wool duvets and like the idea of sleeping under wool and will simply now have an extra bedspread/quilt at the foot of the bed which I pull up if I get cold and put back down if I get too hot and I will do this throughout all the seasons with the medium and warm wool duvets I now have which provides a lot of flexibility and choice with our English climate! So overall I am satisfied!”

“You need an "excellent", so very good will have to do. Initially we purchased a pillow and king duvet. The pillow was for me as my husband was adamant that his memory foam pillow could not be bettered. I was very impressed with the quality and finish of the items. The only problem was that because of the generous proportions, it was impossible to find a king size duvet cover that could accomodate the duvet. Perhaps the Wool Room should consider providing covers for their pillow, duvets! My second purchase was the matress topper, alpaca, wonderful and again such a wonderful finish and quality. Next purchase will be a pillow for my husband, he has acknowledged that my pillow can only be surpassed by another Wood Room pillow. Finally, thank you for the superb quality covers you provide with all items, but I have to admit they will not be used to store my Wool Room purchases - as these will always be firmly on our bed!!”

“Really impressed with the coir mattress for the cot bed, their service and the delivery. Outstanding customer service in sorting out a damaged item (minor damage that could have easily over looked) that I haven't stopped talking about to my mummy friends. My replacement was arranged to be delivered the very next day (i mean really next day!!) Will definitely use them again.”

“I've had your wool duvet for about 5 years, and a pillow for about 3, and I'm very satisfied with them. The fact that you use British wool is very important to me, as I have heard of dreadful cruelty to sheep in other parts of the world.”

“We have two different weights of duvet and a mattress topper and pillow. All are very comfortable, we have'nt slept so well in years! They arrived very promptly and in their own fabric storage bags, (what a good idea) so when not in use an item can be stowed away easily. I would recommend woolroom Products without hesitation.”

“This bedding has changed my life. After a 3 year desensitising programme at the allergy clinic, emptying my bedroom of carpets and curtains, boil washing bedding twice a week, buying new pillows every month I now have a normal approach to bedroom life. I sleep better, don't have to set the alarm for 6.00am in order to take my decongestion tablets, anti histamines and sprays so that I can get up and go to work. The allergy clinic should be informed about the value of wool. I saw at least 3 different consultants who gave me loads of suggestions but not one mentioned wool bedding. Thank you”

“I LOVE my Wool Duvet. I got the Double Deluxe Medium 8-12 tog and it is easily one of the best things i've ever bought. It is so snug and cosy in there now, and yet weirdly light and airy also. I used to constantly be pulling the duvet on and off again from getting too hot and too cold. Now I sleep with no issue at all, and I sleep better for that matter also. Even my partner was surprised by how much of a difference it made. Only problem is neither of us want to get out in the morning now! Totally worth the investment.”
