“I can’t express my delight enough about your service and your product ! I’ve had sleep issues for a long time from being too hot or cold despite multiple adjustments to heating/cooling. I live in the desert . I bought your lightweight comforter . It is PERFECT. I no longer wake up during the night ! And thank you so much for your prompt service . My only recommendation would be to not require a signature at delivery as I was not home and had to retrieve it . Thank you ! Alanna Hanna Pahrump, NV USA”

“Bought the classic pillows to join my wool duvet. Have had the duvet a number of years and really rate it for magically keeping me at just the right temp. Pillows are firm but comfortable. Too soon to review further.”

“I am delighted with my new duvet. It's my first woollen one. I chose wool because of my concerns about animal welfare and the harvesting of feathers and down from geese and ducks. I also wanted to sleep under a natural fibre duvet, and I am very happy to be supporting the British wool industry.”

“Outstanding customer services. I had a problem with the courier and Karen (I think) went over and above to try and resolve it for me contacting them on my behalf twice. Probably the best service ever. As for the wool mattress protector it fits much better than the v-spring wool protector that I bought with the bed. If Woolroom sell anything else that I need that is where I will buy it from. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Woolroom .”

“Love it, I bought an Emma mattress. Ridiculously comfortable but very hot. So I bought this to counteract the heat, now I'm cool and breezy in even the hottest nights.”

“Woolroom is absolutely spiffing! I've ordered from Sweden - and pillow arrived immediately (2-3 days from leaving woolroom.) Also had telephone contact with them for sorting things out. Nice and friendly and excellent service. Product development would be pillows 50*60 cm = standard IKEA size for pillowcases.”

“I have just bought two of the lightest duvets imaginable. Just right to keep cool during our British 'hot spells. The quality of the casing is good and the duvet does exactly as promised. I now am a proud owner of several natural duvets that meet 'my needs' for every season. Bye bye polyester!”

“I have purchased a mattress topper for my wool mattress. It fits the bed well and has made the bed more comfortable. I also purchased a second mattress protector. Both items are well made and were delivered within a few days.”

“I ordered a beautiful mustard checked wool blanket and a top up bag of wool for my pillow, this was just incase. I am very pleased with both the very soft blanket and the additional wool both of which were delivered in super speedy time, ordered it tuesday arrived wednesday, BRILLIANT.”

“We bought the bed set that included a mattress pad, comforter and pillows. We’re beyond thrilled with the comfort and service of WoolRoom. The mattress pad was something I wasn’t sure we needed however it’s the best part of getting into our bed.”

“We decided to change our mattress (within the 100 day return) because it was too soft. I had expected some resistance but it was made very easy, with no quibbles and a generally helpful, positive and supportive approach from Woolroom staff. Apart from a short wait for it to be made, the replacement Mattress is just right: we are happy customers. Thank you.”

“Woolroom gave excellent service, as my light duvet was delivered the next day. It was well packed and included clear returns instructions if needed. The duvet itself is absolutely perfect and it has banished all the overheated nights that I suffered for years with man-made duvets. Bliss........”
