“When I received product I was a bit worried because seemed thin and light but It does the work , I'm happy with my purchase, don't feel cold anymore :) well see how it work in higher temperature when summer arrive eventually.”

“So lovely to be comfortable in bed rather than fluctuating between hot and cold. Having bought all the bedding (except mattress) we are really pleased. We saw this as investing in a good nights sleep which is so important to health and so much cheaper than health insurance or a holiday!”

“First of all, I wanted to congratulate you on your very prompt delivery. I ordered around 2330 on Monday night and the duvet was with me on Wednesday at 1030 via DPD courier. Love DPD, they always keep you informed. Now for the duvet. Very well made, beautiful stitching which keeps the wool in place. Took me some time to get used to the feel of the duvet. It is thinner than my hollowfibre 4.5 tog yet it is dense. It lies on you rather than cocoons you which also takes some getting used to. My main reason for purchasing was because I was waking 6+ times each night feeling hot under a 4.5 tog Ikea duvet. Now, I’m at that time of my life when I could have a hot flush in an igloo so I knew the Woolroom duvet was not going to stop the flushes but now I’m only waking 2 or 3 times and I seem to cool down quicker and get back to sleep faster. Now, I love the feel of the duvet – it’s not soft and fluffy but solid and comforting. It’s not heavy it’s just not like candy floss if that makes any sense. The nearest thing I can describe it to is the feel of several wool blankets. Am so pleased I took the plunge and purchased as the price is very reasonable compared to others on the market and was slightly concerned about the quality. Am delighted with my purchase. It is great to have a natural product and get rid of the hollow fibre. Thank you to Woolroom. I wish you every success. Oh, PS – how about making smaller comforters which could go in dogs’ beds or even dogs’ beds? People love to spoil their animals.”

“The wool pillow is divine to rest my head on. Soft, supportive yet so lightweight. It arrived encased very attractively in a natural cotton bag, with full and clear instructions concerning the preparation of the wool filling prior to use. Really lovely product and I have had several nights sleeping happily on it so will be recommending it to relatives and friends!”

“Good website, product arrived very quickly with detailed delivery info and time slot also options to suit your preferences for delivery also very well packaged . I ordered a double mattress topper and two pillows which came with their own cotton reusable bags ,very nice! exceptional quality items . “All the products I have purchased have been excellent, the mattress protector the only issue is I feel the apron is a bit too big for our mattress I would have preferred a tighter fit. Having said that the top is excellent just wish you did a more shallow apron.”

Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry to hear you have a lot of additional fabric on the apron. We have made them slightly more generous to accommodate the slightly thicker mattresses (our own mattresses are very deep) but hopefully it all fits snugly under your mattress and you have little movement.
