“Good communication helpful and also quick delivery. Duvet, topper and pillow all from deluxe range is first class. Very warm and cosy light duvet and my pillow so comfy had super nights sleep. The topper is like sleeping on a cloud brilliant. Would highly recommend woolroom products, hope to purchase for my spare room bed in a couple of months.”

“The duvet is great. Very light and warm. Looks neat too. BUT ... I would have liked a reply to the email I sent to customer services immediately after the parcel arrived. The plastic bag was open and the cotton storage bag was filthy- I sent pictures. I would appreciate another bag please.”

“Unfortunately I never received my product as the courier service was very incompetent making several mistakes with my delivery. In the end I requested a refund which was processed very quickly with excellent customer services. I hope you reconsider your courier choices in the future so I am able to make a successful order”

“Really disappointed that the cot bed topper is not cot bed size. My cot bed is standard uk size but the topper doesn’t fit. Very disappointing.”

“Fast shipping, well packaged, very nicely packed in a reusable carry bag, friendly and thoughtful information included. I am very happy with choosing this place for my purchase. Additionally, I told the FedEx delivery man what the package was and he was very interested in finding out more about it and plans to inquire in the future.
